Description of Work: Sold 2 Chicago townhouses on commission during the very poor market of 2011, one of them a short-sale. Very satisfied with their efforts under quite difficult circumstances. Entire process took only 4 months - took a great burden off of us. Can't recall the exact $, but it was quite reasonable.

+ -1 moreAndrew keyed in very quickly to what we were looking for and did not try to talk us into spending more money than we wanted to. He worked very hard and got us quick responses from landlords as well as driving all over the city with us to find the right space that fit our needs. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the market. He was also very patient with us, as we had never done this before and had a lot to learn! I would definitely use him again the future and also would recommend him to anyone looking for commercial real estate!
Description of Work: Andrew Glatz was our commercial agent in finding a space to use as a doctor's office in the downtown area.

They paid for a cab because the weather was bad and had we looked at several condos in the evening around 7:00 pm. Everything was hassle free, they were not pushy whatsoever and allowed me to find the perfect place.
Description of Work: They assisted me in finding a luxury apartment in the Gold Coast. I was moving to Chicago and was in real estate myself, but wanted to use a local agent to help me find a place. They lined up several condos for me to view and with in a week I had a signed lease and was moving in the following week with no hassles.
