We offer custom made fusion welded virgin vinyl replacement windows. all windows come standard with double locks, nite locks, 1/2 screens and argon gas and low "e" is a no cost option. we replace rotten wood and cap the outside wood in aluminum at no additional charge. our windows are made in chicago within 1 week and can be installed in your home within 2 weeks.

Arrived late for appoint no call to say he was running late, did not say who he was, what company or what he was here to do. Did ask to use the bathroom. He finally did give me his information, but I had to ask. Very unprofessional. If this what the company is like, how would the job be done.

the appointment was for 1 pm and i arrived at 1:15 pm i did say who i was, why i was there and yes i did have to use the bathroom. if these little things were too troubling for him then maybe he should find someone else to replace his windows. we don't live in a perfect world. harold fischer creative exteriors inc. 7714 n. eastlake terrace chicago il. 60626

I was matched with Creative Exteriors by filling out an online form to identify a supplier of a particular window I was looking for. He followed up immediately, which was appreciated, as did the 3 other companies I was matched with. The problem then came when he wouldn't stop calling, texting, and emailing, and with him calling me at my parents house where I haven't lived for 23 years. He absolutely crossed the line. No clue what his work product is, but to me, someone who stalks me for business is not who I want coming to my home.

[Member Name Removed], as a contractor i have to pay for these sales leads weather or not the customer answers the phone or not. so i try to contact them any way that i can in order to set up an appointment or verify that they really submitted the request. if they did not submit the request then i might get credit for the lead which could save me hundreds of dollars for multiple bogus leads. i also sent you a text message stating that unless i heard back from you i would not be contacting you. i guess that you did not read the message, the emails that i sent, or the voice messages that i left you. had you answered the phone or responded to my emails i would not have persisted in trying to contact you. as i said in my last text message, unless you contact me i won't try to contact you. harold fischer creative exteriors inc. 773 973 3000

The two(2) man crew worked very hard and fast under harsh weather conditions. The temps. we're in the high 20's or low 30's for most of Thursday 12/7 with some snow flurries in the morning. They were professional and friendly. They were not able to finish in one day, because in got dark early. The job was finished the next day quickly. I would recommend this company for window replacements. My neighbors were also impressed with the job and the windows. The price was very competitive with other window companies.
Description of Work: Replaced twenty-one (21) windows on the house.
