It took about a week from measurement to installation. The workers came when scheduled and were neat, careful and quick.
Description of Work: Replaced thermopane window unit on which the seal had broken. Tightened the stops on a second window.

Very friendly staff. My project was suppose to be done in 20 minutes, but when I returned the worker who did the glass laying, had had to leave for a family emergency. My work overall took about an hour & a half then. Which was fine because I was expecting it to not be ready till the next day anyway. The person they sent out for the estimate, didn't seem to know that much about what the company had to offer for replacements, but did his measurement & let me talk to the shop on his cell phone to convey what I was looking for from the estimate.
Description of Work: Cut glass and set glass in a restored window frame. They also came to my house to do a free estimate on my bay window & two front doors.
