 + -1 moreWe are executive members of Costco. We had a screw embedded in our tire and needed it removed and plugged (from past experiences elsewhere, this is usually a 15 min. job at about $15). Costco would not preform the service, unless you bought your tires from them. Four servicemen were standing around with nothing to do and we were turned away, to go elsewhere. Based on their non-customer centric philosophy, I won't buy tires from them, in the future either.
Description of Work: Screw was embedded in our tire. We needed it removed and plugged.

 + -1 moreThey don't take appointments, which is very inconvenient. But, the savings were enough that I thought it was worth waiting. On a very busy Saturday, I was given a wait time of 4 hours but got a call after 1 hour that my car was ready. The staff was friendly, though the shop didn't have much of a selection. I did go back with my other car a few weeks later but didn't purchase tires because their selection was poor at the time.
Description of Work: They put 2 new tires on my 1995 Nissan.
