Description of Work: My apartment had water damage from rain and snow so I took the opportunity to freshen the entire interior at the same time. I called Ron to come give me an estimate for just the ceiling repainting (where the damage was) and then asked for pricing to do the walls as well. What I appreciated about Ron was that he offered many color suggestions and he based it on the furniture in my home already. So I didn't need to completely redecorate. We chose a color scheme and he applied two finishes to the paint that I had never seen before that gave our living room a complete facelift. Ron and his employees worked around our day time schedule and the job was finished in less than a week (I had three rooms done). He replaced damaged drywall and repainted.

Description of Work: They removed old wallpaper and painted a long hallway and stairway area in the house.

+ -1 moreI called Ron at Constantine decorating and explained to him what I was looking for. He told me that he would be at my house at noon the next day and he arrived right on time. When Ron got here, I showed him around and he all kinds of great suggestions. He told me what we needed to sand and remove all of the peeling paint from the trim. We then went over all of the different color options. We talked on the phone the first time, Ron told me to go to the store and pick out an item in a color that I loved. I picked the most beautiful shade of green dishcloth. Honestly, I never thought that he would be able to match it. I showed him the dishcloth and he showed me how if we tweaked the color a little bit the color would work with the rug that I have in the office and he mentioned that it would look great with a glaze. We set up a date for the first day and Ron & Roland showed up at 9am prompt. They did all of the work quickly and they cleaned up as they went along. I love all the rooms.
Description of Work: Ron, at Constantine Decorating, painted my office, our entryway and all of our trim. The trim around all of the windows had tons of layers of paint and was cracked and peeling off. Ron sanded everything down and repainted all of the trim. When it was done, it looked brand new. He also painted my office (walls and ceiling) and the entire entryway (walls & ceiling). Both of these had been painted by non professionals and the difference between then and now is dramatic. No more squiggly paint lines up on to the ceiling or long drips running down the walls. Ron also suggested we try a glaze on the office walls which looks amazing. I absolutely love the depth and detail of the color. I am more than satisfied with the work done. Constantine decorating is professional, prompt, and they do fantastic work.
