Description of Work: I've been a client of Connecteriors for over five years since building a new town home in Chicago. Connecteriors did the initial wiring and installation of my home A/V system, which runs centrally on Savant, and my home Wifi network. Since then, I have either expanded or upgraded my system a couple of times. They have always listened to my needs and customized a solutions to my specific requirements. Connecteriors does customized work in a very professional and timely manner with minimal disruption to my daily routines. And if I ever have issues with the performance of my system, they are very timely in troubleshooting and fixing the issues. Home A/V and automation is a significant investment and it is important to hire a company with experience, expertise and focus on the client. Connecteriors meets all of those requirements.

Description of Work: This company has expertise in networking and home control systems. Their work has always been responsive and of the highest quality in every respect. The owner, Brian, is a person of integrity and character. They always make time to help the customer is in need. Several times, they have dropped everything and done excellent work for me when I was in need of their services. I could not recommend any service provider more highly. In every situation they provided quotes and detailed plans and specifications of their work and their plans. They leave the decisions to the customer. Brian and his colleagues are professional, friendly and fine human beings to work with. They have done a great job for me on my home network and computer systems.

 + 0 moreConnecteriors installed a home network in my home. They installed a commercial quality router that does not drop the signal. Their system and router is integral to my home control system and enables us to control the televisions, lights and security system remotely. I could not be happier with the service. Brian and his colleagues are persons of great integrity who truly care about their customers. They show how much they care by responding quickly and efficiently to anyone's requests for service. They provide detailed plans and specifications of all work they are going to perform and they leave the ultimate decision to the customer. They are expert in all forms of home control systems and can work with almost any system you may wish to have.
Description of Work: These are capable people who do a great job on home networks and home control systems. They are good people who care about their customers and who are responsible. They have helped me many times with projects when I was in need of help. They have often dropped other projects to assist me when I had issues. Their customer service is absolutely superb. Brian, the owner, is always involved and monitors all projects extremely thoroughly.
