The service he performed was excellent however the work was too long and most of all he doesn't want to return my key. It's more that a month now since I'm asking him to return my key and he told several times that he will return it but he didn't. Kenneth was very personable and professional from the beginning, but what really sold me was his flexibility with my schedule and my budget. He even saved me money where he could. I needed to redo the shower floor as it was missing underlayment and was leaking. The project was completed on time and the mosaic tile looks amazing. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend.

Kenny Peralta and his crew did a beautiful job of replacing my water damaged kitchen laminate. I asked him to replace only the damaged sections, but the new pieces were discontinued. Kenny then went to several different stores and picked out something he thought would be a near-match. The piece looked great and was the perfect length and width, but the wrong thickness. So I told him to replace the entire floor quickly before my wife returns from the nursing home. I told him to add 2" wide transition strips where the old laminate meets the new laminate, due to the very small drop in distance between new and old flooring. In only 1 1/2 days Kenny and his crew created a beautiful new kitchen floor with all the original molding in place. My wife can now return home and enjoy a safe, clean new floor, and the transition strips will make if even safer. What I liked most about Kenny was that he kept in constant contact throughout the process via text and telephone. He showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional. I would surely recommend Pure Renovation and Construction LLC for all of your home improvement needs. Good guy doing right for seniors like myself.

Beware and stay away from this contractor. The contractor, Kenneth, took my down payment of $9,000, and used my Home Depot credit card to purchase materials. He also purchased his company new tools on my credit card that was not discussed. He is not licensed to do any work in my city, and when code enforcement started asking about permits, he stopped showing up and also stopped returning calls. I am now out $13,000.

Typically I am Leary about using new company’s that I don’t know anything about however I am happy I took the chance! Pure renovation and construction exceeded my expectations, the company is extremely professional, prompt , fair prices , and quality workmanship! Everything was laid out for me with complete trust and transparency prior to work being started and I appreciated that ! They spent time preparing and kept the hose neat along the way. Also cleaned up well after the job was finished, everything was completed before the promised time frame and the before and after was like night and day . Completely fantastic, I was so impressed, I immediately hired them for other upcoming projects. I highly recommend for anyone reading this review!!
