 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE TECHNICIAN IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SINCE WE INITIALLY USED HIS SERVICES, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CALL, AND HE CAN TROUBLE SHOOT OVER THE PHONE WITH VERY VALUABLE ADVICE.
Description of Work: DEALS WITH STEAM HEATING SYSTEMS, HE CAME OUT TO SERVICE OUR BOILER AND, WHILE HE WAS THERE, HE SAW THAT WE NEEDED A PIPE TO BE STRUCTURED AND DID IT WITHOUT HESITATION. THERE ARE ONLY A FEW REPAIRMEN THAT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, AS IT RELATES TO STEAM HEATING IN SOME OF CHICAGO'S OLDER HOUSING STOCK. HE DEFINITELY IS KNOWLEDGEABLE.
