Excellent. On time. Very thorough and personable.

The crew did a great job with a pre-move-in / post-construction work cleaning on my four story town home. They were prompt and responsive and were able to bring along an additional person to help out. It was AMAZING what they did in a few hours!

Maria never showed up on the scheduled day. (I had arranged my schedule to accommodate this appointment.) Numerous back-and-forths with the owner, rescheduled for the next day. (re-arranged my schedule again) In light of the huge inconvenience, I thought there might have been some extra attention, but nothing. And a surface cleaning at best. Certainly nowhere near a "DEEP CLEANING".

The amount of work that was accomplished in the allotted time was terrific. Alma and Letica couldn't have been more accomadating, whatever I asked them to clean they did. They went above and beyond in their service. I didn't realize there was a specific time limit to the offer, so that was a bit of a surprise, but 90% of what I wanted done was accomplished. But that was my fault, I didn't read the offer completely, so that's on me. The did an amazing job on the fridge, stove and kitchen cabinets. and also I've never seen anyone else clean a bathroom as well I do myself?they did. The hardwood floors were gleaming after they were through washing them, and the tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were shinning. I would have Alma and Letica clean my house anytime. The even wiped down all the woodwork, dusted up at the ceiling for cobwebs?which are always there. The heating/air conditioning vents were covered in cat hair from our 3 cats?impossible to keep up, they were so clean when they were done, you would not know that 3 cats had lived in the house. All in all, my wife and I were very pleased with our Angie's List offer and Companion Maids.

Two ladies arrived right on time. Brought all of their own equipment and supplies. They asked me to look at each floor as they finished to verify that I was satisfied. I had to leave to go to work so they called to let me know they were leaving. I have already scheduled them again for November.

The house looked phenomenal when they were done. My wife and I really couldnt have been happier. We've had lots of first time cleaning crews that just didnt do that great of a job... but the man and woman we had (sorry, forgot their names) were terrific. Professional, polite, and most importantly did a great job. The only quibles are that the cost was a little on the high end... and maybe there were one or two spots under furniture and against the wall (you'd have to really look for them and be anal retentive to notice) weren't clean. The highest compliment I can give them is I asked them to clean my elderly parents' house. Was very happy.

Maria has become my regular cleaner on a bi- weekly basis. She is great.

I own a two-flat and my tenants recently moved out of an apartment and I needed it cleaned from top to bottom. My initial contact with Tom was great. He called the same day I requested service via Angie's List, we talked through what I needed and had Donna out the very next day. Donna was fantastic! She arrived early, worked non-stop for about 3 hours and had the place tip-top. She even cleaned my stairwell as a bonus! Next time I need cleaning, I'll be asking for her.

This is the third time I have hired Companion Maids. Alma and Leticia did a fantastic job. We have had Maria in the past, and she did great, too. They are very professional and my place looks very good. I have really bad dust mite allergies and I am not supposed to do my own dusting or vacuuming. They did the dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the floors and other surfaces, and cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. I will be hiring them again.

Did good according to my agent who opened door and closed the door after move out of town-home.

Wonderful! They arrived 20 minutes early, which worked well for me. They cleaned my basement family room, 2 bathrooms, and main floor kitchen, dining room, and living room, none of which had been dusted or otherwise cleaned thoroughly for quite some time. Finally feel like I'm not embarrassed to open my front door anymore! Once I get some more de-cluttering done, would be great to have them back for some more work on other areas of the house, and to help keep these "public" areas of the house presentable on a regular basis.

Originally booked with two other women who did a less than satisfactory job, the company offered to send me Donna, one of their best employees. Donna arrived on time, was extremely pleasant, walked through and discussed what should have been done with the previous cleanings but what was not. Additionally she asked if there were any problem areas that needed immediate attention. Donna is prompt, puts her heart and soul into her cleaning and honestly is a joy to hae around. I would reccomend her to anyone looking for a maticulous, warm and friendly housecleaning person.

Prompt and friendly! Donna was great and very thorough; closets, window ledges, doors etc. I left for a bit and during that time a package was delivered. When I got home, she helped me carry it up 3 flights of stairs. WAY above and beyond! I will be using this company & Donna again!

I bought this deal on Angieslist for a cleaning with a deep cleaning of one major appliance. I chose my oven. Maria came and did a fabulous job! I'll definitely use them again!

We are selling our condo and needed it detailed for photographs. We removed most of the items in our condo in preparation. It was painted the week prior and dusty but not extremely dirty. Our condo is 1100 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Before I scheduled service I called and spoke with Tom (manager or owner?) to describe what I needed and make sure this type of service could be performed under this angies list deal. He said yes, we discussed timing as a neighbor would let the crew in and I would arrive home to check their work as they finished. He asked me to leave a note for the cleaners with the specifics of what I would specifically be looking at when I came home. Before the cleaning I called to add window cleaning to our service ad agreed to a 30$ extra charge. The day of the cleaning the crew of 3 (Tom and I agreed on 2 as it changes the number of man hours and our agreed upon time frame) arrived close to the scheduled time and were let in by the neighbor. Within 10 minutes I received a call at work from Tom stating his cleaners needed more than the agreed upon time. (this obviously would cost more money). I told him that they should clean, and leave the quick shine detail for last. If they did not get this done it would be ok with me. It takes me an hour to quick shine our entire condo. My husband arrived home after the cleaners had been there for 2.5 hours and called me because our condo did not look clean and the crew was complaining to him that this is not what they were hired for, someone hurt their back and they couldn't clean our home because it had furniture in it.I spoke with one of the cleaners and then Tom, I explained I was unhappy, that this was disrupting my work, I was frustrated that the cleaners would complain and make excuses to my husband, the cleaners were not doing a good job or the agreed upon items, that my husband would sign off only on the time spent in our unit and I would call Tom after I got home. The cleaners stayed to the minute agreed upon (3 hours 40 minutes). After looking at our unit, it was the worst cleaning I have ever received. See description of items not done. When I spoke to the cleaner myself she said certain things were done that clearly had not even been touched. We have had our unit cleaned many times by 2 women who finish in 4 hours. Tom offered to have a cleaning crew in the morning but as he already knew, we had photographs the next day. My husband and I spent 5 hours cleaning/recleaning our unit (I am 5 months pregnant and my husband had to attend to our 2 year old son part of that time so this explains why it took us so long). Tom did offer to work something out for a future cleaning but I do not want to work with them any further and would like my money refunded.

The bathroom was so clean and they also cleaned up the washer and dryer. They touched every surface and did a great job. This was Move Out cleaning on a rental unit.

Alma's team was great. They were on time and efficient. The oven hasn't been this clean in a long time. I will use them again.

Good, just need to make sure it's understood up front when clear ingredients begins---at time of car arrival or when they actually enter the home. However, Alma send her crew were nice, professional and did a very good job.

My clients closed on a new townhouse last week and the previous owners left the place very filthy. I was disappointed for my clients to have to move in to someone else's mess the next day. Companion Maids was able to arrange a short notice cleaning for them the very next afternoon. I asked them to focus on cleaning the kitchen, inside and out of all of the appliances and cabinets. Next to focus on the bathrooms. With that part done, my clients could unpack their kitchen and feel good about settling in. I followed up with my clients the next day and they were very happy with the quality of the work and efficiency of the cleaners. Thanks for saving the day and doing a great job on such short notice!
