Companion Maids is the best maid service I have ever hired for my by-weekly cleanings. Very happy.

The cleaning went very well. A team of two came out to perform the job which helped speed up the process. They checked with me before cleaning each room to confirm my expectations, then checked with me after the room was cleaned to confirm I was satisfied. The cleaning was very thorough, and I could not find anything that was missed on my final walk through the unit. I am satisfied with the cleaning, and I would use Companion Maids for any future cleanings.

It was easy to schedule online with just one day's notice. Shortly after scheduling, they called to change the billing from a fixed price (for a 5 br home) to an hourly basis, and in the interest of getting a thorough clean, I agreed. Alma and Leticia arrived promptly and proceeded to do a fine job in every room. The were professional, efficient, quiet, and pleasant to have around. It took them about 3 hrs. I was very satisfied with their work and would probably hire them again if needed.

Alma and Leticia did a very thorough and careful job. They cleaned the bedroom, den, living/dining room and kitchen. They were very careful with our possessions. They left the condo looking and smelling very clean.

COMPANION MAIDS is the best cleaning service I had ever receive for the money paying for. The team arrive on time they introduced them self very professional we both when threw the house what it needed to be done. I'm a very picky person and they meet my expectations. When the team was done the notify me 10 minutes before so, I arrive on time. Everything was detail and smell great . Very happy with the serving companion maids give to the costumers. Highly recommended.

It when so great highly recommend, Companion Maids service is very professional. They where very detail with the job, They asking me every step of the cleaning if it was to my satisfaction.They put close attention to every single room in my 4 level house that I'm hiring Companion Maids as my regularly cleaning services. My house looks more gleaming than before.

They called 25 min before they were due to advise they would be here in about 20 min. I asked if she need directions, she said no. Then they didn't arrive for almost an hour because she got lost! I have 5 rooms and two bathrooms. I can clean it myself in four hours....so I certainly didn't think it would pose a problem for two "professionals". HA! In two hours, they didn't completely clean ONE ROOM! A little here, a little there. Who used a dry cloth for dusting? Who doesn't move the items on the dresser as they're dusting? Who swipes down the middle of a table and leaves the dust around the edges? Who only cleans the middle of the bathroom floor and doesn't even sweep between the toilet and sink? Who cleans the kitchen floor with window cleaner? After they left, I spent another 3 hours cleaning everything they didn't. That certainly wasn't my plan! I will NOT be using this service again. UPDATE 1/8/15 Tom called me and apologized profusely for the bad experience. He offered another cleaning or a partial refund. We agreed on a partial refund. I appreciated that he made the effort to turn this situation around

After a big christmas party where I hosted dozens of friends and family, I was ready for a big cleaning! As always, the Companion crew came by and did great work. It's nice having the peace of mind going into yet another party for NYE. See you guys next week.

They were very professional. They were on time and courteous. They were respectful to me and my home.I would gladly use them again and refer them to others.

They came in and handled everything for us. They moved the furniture cleaned our home so when we moved out the place looked better the time we bought the place. Its so stressful moving out of state but the service made is so much easier for us,. They were there to answer and questions we had. the prices are very reasonable.

It went well. They arrived on time. Asked multiple times for verification if the cleaning was up to my expectations.

The team did a great job. Donna and Danny took this guy's place and made it presentable again. They were punctual and friendly, and my place has never been cleaner. I'm now going to be using them each month.

The booking process was easy and efficient. This attracted me to their services from the start. When the crew arrived, on time, I was happy as well. I have 2 pit bulls that are real friendly, and normally people are scared, and we keep them in a separate room, but Shay was nice and friendly with them! Another nice surprise. The cleaning was great, I did a walkthrough at the end and was pleased with the results. I would hire Companion Maids again.

Companion Maids did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. They were very thorough, and professional. The cleaning duo was extremely pleasant, and worked diligently. I'm still amazed that they removed all of the grime from the floor of my bathroom shower!

It when so well I will be hired companion maids for my regular cleaning.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Companion Maids. I had high hopes when hiring this company to do a deep clean of our duplex condo since their website was easy to use and we received a prompt booking response. Those were the only two positives of the entire experience. Our bill ended up being over $200 for a "deep clean" that left us with dirty floors, a broken piece off our window seal (shoved in our coat closet and not even brought to our attention), dirty sinks, crumbs on the counter, dirty toilet seat and dirty mirrors. We called the owner to let them know we did not have a good experience as we simply wanted to relay the message since it seems like this is a fairly new business. The owner proceeded to argue with both my significant other and I for 15-20 minutes trying to tell us what WE did wrong rather than just apologizing (all we wanted was an apology). I was really embarrassed for him because he kept going and going and finally I had to cut the conversation short. At this point he tried to "buy" us into leaving a positive review on Angie's List by giving us a 10% discount...It was quite insulting. We didn't ask for a discount nor were we expecting one but 10%?! Yikes that doesn't even cover the cost of the tip we left before the cleaners even finished our home. And honestly, when push comes to shove, we are allowed to leave a bad review because that is what the company deserves. We had a terrible experience and paid a lot of money for said terrible experience and then we had to be argued with and told we were wrong after this experience. The reality is this company does not hire qualified cleaners and we were left with a home just as dirty as when we started. Not only was the team they sent unaware of what a deep clean meant they both seemed terribly annoyed to be working. The younger girl rolled her eyes when I asked if she could go back over certain spots (I felt awkward enough asking as it can be uncomfortable to provide instruction with cleaning)...the owner buys his positive reviews...or rather, buys people so they don't leave a negative review and the reviews are just not an accurate reflection of what is going on here. Poor quality, over priced, and lacking customer service. Avoid at all costs because you will be disappointed. ***Side note, we were told we had to be at home when the cleaners finished. We weren't able to be at home so we left about 20-30s mins before they were finished. Upon leaving we pointed out areas that needed more attention. The owner basically blamed us for having to leave and implied this is what resulted in the spotty job. Truth be told if we had time to sit around for 2-3 hours while someone is cleaning our house we probably would be cleaning it ourselves...The point of having someone do this for us is that we are too busy to be at home to get this task done.

Called up Companion Maids on 11/29 and they fit me in for a cleaning on 11/30 with a 10% discount for being a member on Angie's List - things seemed to be off to a great start! Spoke to the owner who said that there would be a walk-through check list at the end of the service to ensure quality work. Was very grateful for the help since I was drowning with last minute prep for a surprise party that same evening. Received a call from the cleaners right on time for the appointment asking about parking- great. But then...crickets...over FORTY minutes went by without another word. I finally called back to make sure things were okay with parking...they said they were still on the way (?!) About 25 minutes later they finally showed - and fine, I wasn't going to squabble about the late arrival because I was still just thrilled to have help. Two cleaners showed up, a mother daughter duo - the daughter was very upbeat and friendly and did all of the talking for the two. Mom's attitude was meh at best...she was slow and really inattentive, and the most interaction we had was her asking me to call her cell phone so she could figure out where she set it down (she was constantly checking it the entire time she was there). Mom cleaned the master room and bathroom; daughter took on the second bedroom and bathroom. Had to go back and ask Mom to do really obvious things over and over again (please clean not only the bathtub itself, but also the ledges around the bathtub....please wipe down the bathtub fixtures....really?!) Bathroom tile behind the shower was never touched. Asked Mom to dust the light fixtures for the bathroom vanity and she looked at me like I was from Mars and said she couldn't reach it unless I got her a ladder (I didn't have one...so...fine). Because I was in the midst of party planning, I told the duo to forego some standard cleaning work (e.g., laundry was piled on a bed, so don't bother making the bed). Thought that due to the fact I was cutting out some standard work, they would at least do a solid job on the rest of the place- no dice. Asked to have the blinds dusted in the living room, which I understand is included in the service - didn't happen. Asked to have the stainless steel appliances wiped down and was told they already were - not sure what kind of cleaning solvent was used, but the appliances actually looked worse than before the maids came! The real kicker for me is when Mom went to move a trash bag and I noticed for the first time that it had been leaking some unknown liquid all over our hardwood floors (not just a little, a LOT) - the daughter took the trash bag out, and instead of turning to help clean up the liquid, Mom wandered off to go finish up the master bedroom and told me merely "not to worry about it [the spill]." Soo...I went and wiped up all of the liquid from the floors myself, because hardwoods. Hardwoods in bedrooms were vacuumed but not mopped, and living area was swiffered but not vacuumed (and we have a dog, so, the vacuuming was important). Mom never dusted or vacuumed anything near the master closet, and I noticed after she left that the floor was covered in dust balls. I tipped them both 20% because I appreciated the younger girl's friendly upbeat attitude. No walk through check list and when i asked Mom about it, per Angie's List, she looked at me blankly and said I was all set to go (?!) In the interest of time I let it go. I was SO hoping this would have been my go-to service for future cleanings because we are busy young professionals and could use the help - honestly, i felt like my clean up after the party was 10x better than what I paid for the day before the party. Womp Womp.

Meh, the house cleaning went okay. They were late and claimed they had been sitting outside for a long time trying to call my cell phone instead of just coming to the door. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning and there was still a fair amount of dust on sills, in corners, etc. Not bad, but not the difference I was looking for from a "deep" cleaning.

Shazelle was great! Exactly on time, did an amazing job. Apartment so clean, I could smell the cleanliness from hallway!

Good experience. They were timely and thorough and cleaned all the areas missed by the folks who cleaned it before I moved in. The only quibble is that I specifically needed the detergent holder in my washing machine cleaned which was missed. But as soon as I pointed it out, they promptly took care of it. Great job

I use Companion Maids every other week. Donna is my go to girl! She's awesome. The first week I pointed out the areas that I wanted her to focus on and from then on out she knew what I expected and meets or exceeds my expectations each time.
