Description of Work: Maid called about an hour after she was supposed to arrive to say she was confused about the appointment time and thought she was to come later but then realized she was late. Rescheduled for later in the morning and was 30 minutes late for that time. | |DEEP CLEANING of bathroom and kitchen was less DEEP than I do when I am giving the rooms "a lick and a promise". Did no cleaning above her eye level and I had to complete the job later in the day.

I am sorry you didnt like the cleaning. However, I did call you to see if everything was ok. You did sign the completion receipt and you told me you had already started doing some light cleaning. I asked if we could come back and you said it was too late. As we know your tenants left the place in extremely dirty shape !!

Description of Work: Had to have them come out a second time because the bad job done in the kitchen. The 2nd time the job was still not done to my satisfaction. Really, how hard is it to wipe down cabinet doors completely? The communication between the owner and the staff is by email. Seems to me neither of the teams that showed up ever looked at there email.

How ever we were not informed there would be feces to clean up or that your kitchen was in extremely dire need of a deeper cleaning than this Big Deal Promotion specified. The fact that we came back and re-cleaned extra areas was also in an attempt to satisfy your initial concerns. Unfortunately we actually lost money on these two cleanings as two different staffs had to deal with a cleaning that was beyond the scope of our our original promotion.
