The price seemed comparable to other prices.

Thomas was very responsive and easy to schedule this with. My time windows for completion were narrow, and he did a great job in scheduling around the closing. The crew was punctual and courteous. There was a small mix up in what they thought they were going to do and what the move out service was. I called the main office, and Thomas worked this out quickly. The crew did an excellent job. The entire house was immaculate when they were finished. They went above and beyond my expectations. They worked diligently and thoroughly. They asked if there was anything else that I needed. Too bad that we are moving out of state, because I could have used them on a regular basis. Companion Maids did a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

2 maids showed up on time. They paid close attention to details, which I greatly appreciated. They had very good customer service. I would highly recommend them.

The ladies showed up on time, were extremely polite, and worked hard to make my home look amazing. No complaints at all.

I was not home when the cleaning from from Companion Maids came to clean, but when I arrived home after work, I was surprised at how well they paid attention to detail. My floors were shiny again, my counter tops were spotless, and my toilet looked brand new. I am sort of a neat freak, so I started to look around to find somewhere that they may have missed, and all the nooks and crannies were taken care of. Will definitely be using them again.

The 2 ladies showed up on time and were very pleasant and professional. I have a 3 bedroom house that needed to be cleaned. The cleaners did an excellent job, and were very detail-oriented. We pointed out a few spots in the kitchen and bath tubs that needed extra work, and they went right to work. Overall, they made my home look and smell amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the service.

The original terms of the deal did not mention time limit, but after I booked the service, my final confirmation email stated "one maid for three hours". And when the cleaning person arrived, she indicated she's supposed to clean for two hours. $140 for two hours of cleaning by one person, is that a good deal for me or for them? The advertisement said the $140 pays for $200 worth of service, does not mean the regular rate is $100/hour for one person cleaning service? That's much higher than the market going rate! Furthermore, the cleaning person also stated she's not supposed to mop the floor, only sweep. What kind of deep cleaning is that? She did a good job cleaning the oven, but everything else is just fair. And this is after I moved furniture out to make the job easier. After i complained, the person stayed a little over, about two hours and 10 min. It was NOT a good deal, will not use this service again, and frankly make me wonder about the true value of all the "big deal", since i'm a new member of Angie's list.

it was all good - i always hope that more can be accomplished in the duration of this service, but i understand cleaning tasks always take longer than i expect. they were courteous and professional, brought their own cleaning supplies, and followed the list of priorities which i provided, so no complaints!

maria is by far the best cleaner i've ever encountered,and i am very,very,very picky with things that need to be cleaned or polished .she exceeded my expectations,she was so efficient and fast,did not miss a spot,i will for sure use her again,COMPANION MAIDS run a very thorough service.i checked everything when she left,and i really couldn't find fault .SPOTLESS!!!!my kitchen cabinets look brand new,no more oil stains from cooking...thanks ANGIE'S list for this wonderful recommendation!!!

The team of 2 (I believe their name is Alma and Latisia?) arrived on time, then went over what need to be done, and I check on the progress as they finished a room, and they did a great job.

The service worked out fine. There were two of them and they spent about four hours here. There were no additional costs to the $439 Big Deal that I paid. The amount of work in the kitchen would have taken the entire four hours that was scheduled for it. So, we curtailed their work in the rest of the apartment just to focus on the kitchen.

They were very rude to my husband and my nanny. She did not want to clean the silverware drawers. She left the counter sticky and did not finish the job. They were only there for 2.5 hours when they were supposed to be there for 5 hours.

they were not informed of the scope - didn't do the stove or frig until I said something. But then they did it.

They were extremely professional, kind, and did an awesome job!!! I would definitely hire them again.

It was fantastic. They provided a great service and performed all the requested tasks. They were delightful and personable staff.

I am not in need of this service at this time.

Two house cleaners arrived 10 minutes early & introduced themselves. Took them on a walk through, showed them what needed to be cleaned. They asked if I had any questions and went to work. They were very professional and worked quickly. When the work was completed they waited while i inspected the job. They brought their cleaning products and took the used paper towels with them. They cleaned the entire house in under 3 hours. I recommend this company and would use them again.

Alma would ask me if work was done to my satisfaction. I was able to respond immediately and ask her to cover some items that still needed attention which she promptly addressed.

Pam and Veronica arrived just as scheduled. They were congenial, down to business, and did a thorough job of everything we required and we agreed to up front. They took only 3 hours to do this and brought their own equipment and supplies. The house was in much better shape for their work, which is just what was needed for the Thanksgiving holiday and out of town guests.

I waited until the last minute to have my old apartment cleaned before my lease expired. I called Friday afternoon hoping for a Saturday appointment. Companion Maids was able to come out first thing Saturday morning (less than 24 hours after I called). I had to drive from my new apartment to meet the team at my old apartment and asked if they could call 15-20 minutes before their arrival so we could arrive at the same time. They called as requested and it worked out perfectly. Right on time. I let the 3 person team (Team Alma) into the apartment and did a walk-through and pointed out areas of concern. They gave me a time estimate of how long the cleaning would take (estimated a maximum of 3 hours but likely less since there were three people, cleaning actually took around 2.5 hours) so I could leave and told me they would call me 15-20 minutes before they were finished so I would know when to come back. I felt comfortable leaving the team in the empty apartment (nothing gets charged to your credit card until final inspection and approval). They called right on schedule and I arrived to do a final walk-through. Everything was cleaned from top to bottom. Not a speck of dust on the blinds or the baseboards. Not only had the refrigerator been cleaned but they moved it out and cleaned behind it and on top of it. They pointed out some tough spots and explained what they did in each area. They were very concerned with my satisfaction and wanted to make sure I knew exactly what they did. The service was excellent and I would definitely use Companion Maids again.

The two women arrived about 20 minutes after the appointment. This was fine, as the company says to allow a one hour window either way. I met them downstairs in our building lobby. We had family arriving from overseas to stay with us on holiday and needed help. The two ladies came into the apartment and asked to be shown around. We began upstairs, as we have a duplex apartment. I showed them the two bedrooms, two baths, hallways and then the living area downstairs. One of the women asked what my biggest concern was. I said dust, because we had a lot of renovation,. This is why we needed the deep clean. They went upstairs to begin. I stayed downstairs and continued working. Eventually they arrived back downstairs. They asked if I wanted the living room vacuumed. I thought it was odd, but just said, of course. In the meantime, I could see one of the women wiping my kitchen counters down. It is dark there, as there are no windows. However, I thought she does this for a living and must know what she is doing. I went back to work. They ran a wet mop over the hardwood floor section of the main room and said we are ready to leave. The main person who did the majority of the talking, came over and said I need you to get a piece of paper out and say we finished the job. At the time, it seemed like an awkward thing to do, but I did it. She said, put you are happy with the job. Then she said, do you want to check it? I said no, I trust you are professionals who work for a reputable company. Going into my kitchen to cook the evening meal, was when I knew a mistake was made in filling out the paper she had demanded prior to leaving. The backsplash over the sink had a ton of water splash marks. When I began cooking, there was an extreme hazard as the gas on the eye of the stove came shooting out sporadically. She had wiped it and had not fastened the top of the gas eye back down. That is when I noticed smears on the control panel on the back of my stove. I ended up taking photos of the mess they had left us. We have a lot of wall hangings, and thick dust was on the top of every frame. This did not go well and wasn't even a standard clean. The company offered a 1/2 refund and we declined. They also offered to come finish the job, but our family had arrived. I can't trust the work would have been satisfactory after what we witnessed. We worked for hours to clean our home, prior to arrival of family. Not good work,and definitely a team of two that didn't have a clue on deep cleaning.

I called Companion Maids for a last-minute job before my wife got home and not only did they accommodate my request they did an amazing job within the timeframe that they had. Will be setting up recurring appointments with them this week.

I have used Companion Maids on multiple occasions. They are always punctual and very meticulous. My apartment has never looked better.
