My overall experience with the company was very good. They were timely and provided good service. They gave good products and everything was pretty positive.

Basically, after 4 attempts, they never showed up. The first appointment we set up was between 6-7pm on a Monday. I was told they would call at 5:30 to confirm, but they did not. At 7pm they called to apologize and we rescheduled a second appointment for Wed between 6-7pm. They called at 6:30 to basically tell me they were lost and way out in the wrong direction. We rescheduled a third appointment for Friday, and not only did they not show, but they didn't call. They told me they called and left me a message, but there was nothing on my calling line ID history and I had no voicemail. I decided to try one last time so I rescheduled a fourth appointment for a day that I was on vacation. They were to be here on Wednesday between 2-3pm and again did not show up and did not call. I would have appreciated it had they just told me they were not interested in the job as I spent a good deal of time arranging my schedule in order to meet up with them. Very disappointed in the response of this company and will share that with everyone I know.

From our initial call for an estimate to the installation that happened less than two weeks later over the course of one day's work, we were thrilled with our interaction with them. They were polite, clean, thorough in explaining our options during the estimate, and I have never seen such an efficient installation process. They did a great walk-through with us upon finishing the installation, to make sure everything was done to our specifications (it all was). I also found their prices to be an outstanding value. The windows make a huge difference in our 110 year-old home, and I am so glad we were able to find them to do the work!

From start to finish, this story is only two weeks long including a very impressive 2 day installation period for 52 windows! Martin was a pleasure to deal with. As soon as we were ready to start the project, he was over measuring and getting a quote together. The windows came in within 10 days, as he promised, and were installed within 2 weeks of our initial order. Martin and his team are always right on time and wasted no time in getting their work done. Everyone on his crew seems to be personally vested in the work and they really enjoyed hearing that their job was appreciated. These are good craftsmen and Martin keeps them on task very well. Our windows couldn't be any better. They totally changed our house. Even the details (caulking, bends etc) are consistently perfect throughout the house. If you don't call Martin when you replace your windows, you've made a mistake. We'll be using him for our granite countertops and siding within the next year.
