CM Appraisal Services offers the following services: CMAS prepares appraisals for detached single-family residences, condominiums, cooperatives, and multi-unit residential buildings having up to four units. Appraisals are prepared for estate purposes, tax issues, removal of PMI insurance, divorce procedings, and property sales among other purposes. The CMAS service area includes all of Cook County including the entire City of Chicago, Du Page County, and Lake County. Contact CMAS to discuss your needs. Sometimes an appraisal is not required.
CMAS does not prepare appraisals for commercial or industrial properties nor for multi-unit buildings containing five or more units.
