Cleanzen Cleaning Services

I used their services in April 2022. They did a poor job on cleaning and argued with me when I brought this up. 1) I was charged extra for oven cleaning. All they did was turn on the self-cleaner. 2) I was charged extra for refrigerator cleaning. When I emailed to alert them this was missed, they made me send a picture first before admitting the cleaner forgot. 3) I looked behind my couch and noticed they didn't clean behind there; tons of dust bunnies and clearly not mopped. When I brought this up they claimed it got dirty from the time they left until I arrived lol. Just...wow. I highly recommend you find another service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came across a job ad posted by CLEANZEN on Facebook jobs. Their ad said they were a company who helps individuals grow their small cleaning business and gain clientele. I applied and was hired, filled out all of the tax and onboarding paperwork, downloaded the booking app and was offered a clean that same day. After accepting the clean the woman I was texting with decided this was the appropriate time to make it known I was not allowed to leave any business cards or even MENTION my business to the customer. She said if the customer asked to schedule directly with me I should always refer the customer back to them so they can book all of my cleans. I simply asked her how this would be benefitting my business if the customer does not even know my business exists. She then informed me that the contract I signed had a clause stating if a customer switches from their company to mine I will be charged a $750 referral fee. Which is absolutely outrageous considering they say they are here to give small businesses "more clientele". She then told me the clean she had just given me minutes before cancelled. I can no longer sign into my booking app and when I called CLEANZEN to get some technical support on the issue the woman on the phone acted very strange, knew my name without me telling her and said she would leave a note for the hiring manager whom never reached out to me. I tried texting the woman multiple times and have yet to hear back about whether I am terminated and if so why. Only thing I can think of is I asked too many questions about the company i was going to be employed by. They only want to hire sheep who don't care enough to ask any questions and this is probably why their reviews are so bad on all platforms. I would not suggest wasting time applying for this job or hiring them to clean for you. They lie and do bad business.

We're very happy with Cleanzen Cleaning Services. They worked out wonderfully with us. They give us a heads up and we can rearrange our schedule very easily. The price is fair, and we're happy with the quality service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this Cleanzen cleaning service to everyone. They are very thorough. They really put in the elbow grease and get into the small spaces. They are very efficient, work in a timely matter, and well priced. Definitely going to use again

I recently moved into the area and needed a deep clean of the new place. I searched and found great reviews of Cleanzen. So I went with it, and they TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! They were all so amazing and done a fantastic job! They got in every corner and inch of the house. They cleaned behind the fridge, behind the stove, and behind the washer/dryer. They really worked hard and it shows. I am re-hiring them to come back and clean every few weeks for a regular clean. Trust me when I say, LOOK NO FURTHER... THIS is the cleaning service you need. And the price, is UNBEATABLE!

I was extremely pleased with this service. They addressed every nook and cranny. My house has never been so clean! I would absolutely recommend them.

Have been using Cleanzen for several months and could not be more pleased. After the first clean I could not believe how clean they got everything, places that hadn’t been cleaned in years! Email reminders when they are coming, and follow up on if everything was satisfactory. You won’t be disappointed.
