Description of Work: Cleanable Solutions did a fantastic job on our floors. We originally hired them for a simply coating but when Eddie arrived, he said that it definitely needed to be sanded and redone. We knew this to be the case but wanted it to be confirmed. (Eddie came out to assess before putting a date on the calendar which was very helpful.) The first time they did the job they did it with water based solution which was to be a better option but on one part of the job, the wood just didn't accept it. Without any hassle or disgruntedness, Eddie agreed to come back are redo the job completely. (Please note that we bought $100 thru Angies List but then the job grew and it became a $600 job.) We scheduled for the following week and this time Eddie and his team did an outstanding job with an oil based product. Not only were these guys professional, they were extremely courteous and a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Only had two small bedrooms to clean. Charged over $100 additional for deep cleaning, which I wasn't expecting. However, the carpet was cleaned very well.

Description of Work: The deal was $69 for three areas of carpet cleaning. They charged me an additional $91 to do the deep cleaning on the carpet. I felt like they offered the Angie’s List deal to get in the door. They did do a good job on the carpet.

Description of Work: Worked hard all day--refinished oak stairway--covered everything first--first class all the way. They were great!

Description of Work: Cleaned my upstairs wall to wall carpet. They said they got all the stains out. They appeared to be gone while the carpet was wet, but as soon as it was dry the stains were still there.

Description of Work: Had my 4 bedrooms, a hallway and my stairs cleaned. Some parts deep cleaned. I was very happy with the service and will use them again. Ohad took his time and there was a drastic difference.

Description of Work: Chimney Sweep: In the process of searching for a chimney sweep I compared this provider with the BBB who gave them a high rating. When ordering the service, office staff confirmed they serviced our area. After placing the order, other staff contacted us & informed us we were out of the area. I mentioned their high rating and asked if they still might service us. They agreed but said we'd need to pay additional $30 fee. We agreed and set up service. On the day of service technician arrived on time, was courteous, and did the job. He stopped mid way through and showed us further work needed done. Unfortunately they were not equipped to handle this further work. When asked, technician provided another provider who performs this level of work. Solely based on our needs and location, we would not hire this provider again.

Description of Work: The representative, Ohad, from Cleanable Solutions was great. I left a message for him and he replied within an hour. We set up a visit to my apartment for an estimate of how much it would cost to clean my dryer vent. When he arrived, I showed him where the dryer/dryver vent was located. He did a very thorough job ascertaining where the outlet was for the vent (whether through the side of the bldg or through the roof). Unfortunately, the outlet for my vent was through the roof. That, plus the fact that my apartment is on the second floor and a couple of additional factors increased the price of the cleaning to nearly triple the coupon deal. What I liked was that Ohad explained it thoroughly. He also suggested other possible options and left his card in case I had other questions/changed my mind. It was an overall pleasant experience since he didn't fluff anything over, told me exactly what to expect, and didn't waste my or his time.
