Description of Work: Bought a Big Deal and was pleased with the cleaning and assessment of my fireplace and gas log set. (Maybe it should have been obvious to me, but perhaps a caveat in the future that homeowners might want to have on hand replacement items, like sand, rocks and embers that the worker will distribute after the cleaning.)

Description of Work: During the buffing process, a residue was noticed (sections of old surface polish) that required light sanding to remove. However, the person polished over the residue and now the floor has blots and ruff spots that are visible to the eye.
