Description of Work: Spent almost two hours picking out three sets of locks. Emailed dimensions for the doors and called. Never heard back. Never got a quote.

 + -1 moreWe found special hardware we couldn't find elsewhere (except on line where we couldn't examine the merchandise). There was some reluctance toward giving us proper attention but finally we were able to place our order. The price was comparable to that we had seen on line. It may have been too difficult to order except in this direct way because we purchased 54 pull handles and knobs of many different specified colors!
Description of Work: Purchased handles and knobs for new kitchen.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I were looking for matching wall fixtures to our bathroom fixtures. However, the original bathroom fixture company does not make wall fixtures. Clark & Barlow found a company that makes the exact same pattern & finish for wall fixtures (towel racks, toilet paper holder). The showroom staff is extremely courteous, professional, and helpful.

THE STORE GETS VERY BUSY, SO BE PREPARED TO STAND IN LINE DEPENDING UPON THE TIME OF DAY. A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF CONTRACTORS WORK WITH CLARK & BARLOW & IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THEY TRY TO CATER TO REMODELERS.
Description of Work: PURCHASED SATIN NICKEL DOOR STOPS/CATCHES. THIS HARDWARE STORE HAS A LOT OF IN-STOCK UNIQUE HARDWARE & THEY SPECIAL ORDER A LOT OF CABINET KNOBS, LOCKS, DRAWER PULLS, & HINGES. THEY ALSO OFFER SPECIALTY EXTERIOR DOOR LOCKS, SUCH AS DECORATIVE MORTISE BOXES.
