Description of Work: They were to manage the building, do evictions, collect association fees, |help with building maintenance issues. We initially used them because they seemed very interested, but then we noticed that most of the money they collected for us was going to them. Then they got involved with the Board's conflicts and made comments that were unprofessional and really was not their concern. There was a mutual consent to terminate the relationship.
