+ -1 moreAt the recommendation of a friend, I called City Escape in November 2012 to inquire about getting a bid for a backyard remodel. The guy (Ted?) seemed confused and somewhat annoyed and took my information. I asked about when I could scheduled someone to come out to see the yard to start the bid process and he said 2-3 months! I said that other companies were coming in a matter of days or a couple of weeks. He said they would get back to me. I called back a couple of weeks ago just to see and still haven't heard. Amazing in this economy that a company just doesn't even bother to return calls. I left both home and mobile numbers.
