City Enchanted Garden Florist

Order two standing flower arrangements. One was a tropical display/design and another was a custom feature that we wanted to have a spider man theme. When we arrived at the wake and had a chance to see the arrangements, I wasn’t pleased. The ribbon on the arrangements had the wrong message and had hand written text. A few days later, I noticed that my Chase account was charged more then $100 over the estimate she gave me. I called her and she said she would reverse the charges. It eventually took 3 days to get those charges reversed. On a fixed budget, I also called to get a detailed invoice and a month later still haven’t received the invoice. Be warned. I thought this company would provide a good service, but I was wrong. They also go by the name AAA Chicago Florist.

I received flowers from an out of town friend. My friend paid extra for the flowers to be delivered by Friday, May 13 by 3:00pm. My flowers were not delivered by 3:00pm, but also they had the wrong address and the wrong phone number. My friend provided the correct information, but this company wrote it down wrong. I received 3 phone calls on Friday evening and the delivery agent was upset because he couldn't find me. He asked when he could re-deliver the flowers and I provided him times of availability, he responded, "well I am not sure I can deliver between the hours of 8 and noon on Saturday. Why ask me my availability?? I called the florist on Saturday at 1:00pm, no answer, left a message and 2-3 hours later they called back. The only time they could deliver on Saturday was around 6:00pm Do not use this florist. They are rude, unprofessional, the quality of their product is average.
