+ 3 moreAbsolutely brilliant! We have used Zenek's City and SUburbs Construction for several projects, and every time we are extremely pleased. His team is very professional. They clean as they go. For the tile work on this project, there were some very details cuts on oyster pearl tile. Our requirements included flush mounting of the vanity,with the tile cut to match the upright curves on the vanity. They did an amazing job. The crown moulding looks great. All appropriate painting and touch-up was completed prior to the reveal to us. We will conitnue to engage Zenek Piera and City and Suburbs Contruction for all of our home improvement needs.
Description of Work: Zenek's City and Suburbs Construction team remodeled our downstairs powder room. Their work included removal of the original pedestal sink and mirror units; installation of speciailty tile wall tiling; installation of a new vanity, sink, fixtures, mirror, crown moulding, and finish painting.

+ 2 moreZenek was very prompt in returning calls, setting up the project, and maintained continuous oversight. Mike and Chris were also prompt and were very conscientious. They kept our home amazingly clean as they worked on this dramatic wall.
Description of Work: My wife and I just moved to Chicagoland, and purchased a newly built Ryland home in Bolingbrook. She had a desire to add a concept Gallery Decor Wall to our Entry Foyer and Dining Room. We drew up the plans and presented them to Zenek Piera and his company City and Suburbs Construction. Zenek and his team, primarily consisting of Mike and Chris took our concept from paper to reality. Wow! They did an incredible job. The finished Gallery Decor Wall is 35' Long x 18' High, and includes two 60" Framed Mirrors more than 10' above floor height. The finish consists of high gloss, fully trimmed display section, and consists of 14 dramatically placed colors. This wall is definitely a show piece and we will be contacting Zenek and his City and Suburbs Construction for all of our home improvement visions moving forward. We are definitely impressed and are sure that you will be, too!
