Floors Very impressed with Ciprian hardwood flooring. I called to set up an appointment on a Sunday after hours assuming they would call back Monday morning, the owner contacted me the same day so that I could provide proper information so they could quote the job. He was able to schedule the work within one week with a very competitive quote. They came out on time and started their work promptly. He suggested repairs where we had damaged flooring. He also filled in some small holes at no cost, we were very appreciative. The floors were sanded and refinished. There was very minimal sanding dust and the floors look amazing. Very professional and great workmanship. Thank you for a job well done.

I found Ciprian Hardwoods on the internet. I read all of the positive reviews. Ciprian did a wonderful job refinishing the maple floor in our kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of the house. New counter top and refinished floor. Just like new. I highly recommend Ciprian Flooring.

I contacted four different businesses about replacing our kitchen floor. Of them, only Ciprian gave me confidence in his knowledge, ability, and trustworthiness. Although other contractors may have had the experience to do the work well, none of them convinced me that I could trust them to do the work well and also to handle any unexpected developments. After he began, Ciprian discovered that there was a previously unknown layer of floor tile (plus underlayment) that needed to be removed. And beneath that, the original, 110-year-old maple floor still existed. More than that, it was in excellent shape. Ciprian not only did a beautiful job refinishing the old floor, but he also took care of the fact that we had now lost a good ½-inch of space throughout our kitchen. He thoughtfully installed molding around the entire kitchen to address this development, making certain to use a stained molding so things looked as if they had always been that way. Final note: I had overestimated my ability to remove our refrigerator from the kitchen so that Ciprian could work. I couldn’t manage it…so Ciprian came to the rescue, helping remove the doors so we could move it out of the way. We’re very happy with our “new” kitchen floor and are very grateful to Ciprian for making it happen at the promise price and in even less time than he estimated. We have no reservations about his work and happily recommend him to others needing fast, top quality work.

Ciprian Hardwood Flooring refinished all the flooring that included reclaimed white parquet oak and rooms of red oak wood. Ciprian and his team arrived on time every day, communicated via e-mail, text and talked to us using expert foreknowledge of the end results. For us, these are honest men that are artist. Ciprian was extremely easy to work with. We just bought our first condo coming from a single family home. Ciprian was very helpful dealing with our Condo Association and our misunderstandings of the rules. When we came in and saw the floors he lowered the quoted price since we didn’t have any quarter-round. And as you can see from the photos the floors look amazing. These guys are AWESOME! In our Goldcoast condo we had a water leak that got under the subfloor of our unit which ruined both the subfloor as well as the brand new flooring above it which was only a year old. There were some challenges in how the floor in our unit was done by our former contractor - as well as the fact that the flooring manufacturer has changed the design (not the color) of the flooring we originally had which led to challenges in how to get it the new section to match the old section. Ciprian and his guys solved this problem quite well - as well as a few other challenges that come with doing work in our building. They are clean, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend them. Craftsman and I would gladly hire them for another project.

Our hardwood floor was damaged by a water leak with some of the floorboards needing to be replaced. I wanted the floors to look uniform, not patchy. Ciprian flooring was professional, discussing options for the repairs prior to starting and during the process as unexpected damage was found. The quality of their work was phenomenal. Scheduling the work was easy. They came on time and worked within the time frame they had given me. The outcome was beautiful.

Ciprian and his crew were wonderful and skilled. They did an incredible job on our previously carpeted and beat up floor. There were some particularly nasty cat pee stains that are now totally gone. Even though the floors are 80 years old, they now look new and give the place a whole new feel. Can’t say enough good things. Clear communication before, during, and after the job. Prompt and knowledgeable. Great work beforehand filling in cracks and I loved the dustless sanding system they used. Would happily hire him again and will recommend him to anyone we know.

Ciprian was amazing! I had a tenant, when upon moving out, I found out that their cat had marked in the same place for the last year. The damage was extensive to the floor and second, sub-floor. I had quotes and description of work from five places. Ciprian and one other spoke appropriately about removing the damaged subfloor vs just refinishing the top floor. And, their communication was by far the best. In addition, all of the companies had 1.5-2 months wait list. Ciprian knew I had tenants moving in within a week. He had a cancelation and called me to do the work in the next two days before tenant moved in. They were Great! And floors look great! Thank you!

We came into the project not really knowing much at all about flooring, but through our initial conversation with Ciprian, he was able to figure out exactly what we wanted. We ended up sanding and refinishing the hardwood floors in our upstairs, adding shoe moulds where they were previously missing, and ripping up existing carpet and replacing with luxury vinyl plank flooring (with cork underneath) in our downstairs. They provided a detailed quote so that we knew exactly what kind of work was going to be done, and how much everything would cost. They were also very flexible, which was important since we ran into some hiccups on our end. Since so many people were renovating their homes during the pandemic, our order of vinyl flooring from Lowes got unexpectedly delayed last minute, which meant that we weren’t ready for Ciprian to do our flooring. Fortunately, Ciprian kept communicating with us and let us know their next available date. We were extremely thankful because in the end, they were still able to get all the work done before our move-in date! We appreciate their attention to detail and think our new floors make our home look much more modern and valuable.
