Five stars!!! Zach has been doing this since the age of 13 but recently has started his own business. He very experienced! From the beginning, he was transparent in every aspect. His prices are reasonable and he works with your budget. In addition, he provides a drive folder with all receipts of materials purchased, etc so you know that you know exactly what you’re paying for material wise and not overcharging you. Again, transparent. His work is 10/10. We requested for herringbone - which is very hard to do and easy to mess up if you don’t know what you’re doing. But Zach did an AMAZING JOB. Every tile was cut to perfection and aligned PERFECTLY. From every angle, even in and around the soap niche, every tile flowed perfectly with the surrounding herringbone pattern. He has strong attention to detail and puts great pride into his work. He also has plumbing experience and was able to install our shower head and all new bathroom fixtures for us!! In addition, he is very easy and relaxed person - just an easy person to work with! I have recommended him to all my friends in Chicago. He really is so talented and amazing! 10/10 recommend!
