Workers courteous and professional, all went well, no complaints.

We notified this company over a month ago that we needed a chimney cap replaced, under contractual obligation for house closing. After examining the chimney, recommended we clean first. Team came 2 hours late and had no chimney caps, our closing is now a week away. We explained our situation and requested that we get some guarantee of completion of requested service , would pay for service after caps put on. The company called the police to come to our house to make us pay the bill! Obviously, not a police matter and now we are stuck finding another company. Very poor customer support.

Merna was excellent. Explained all the steps her and her team were taking to clean chimney and remove animals and nests. She was easy to communicate with and I appreciate the work they did.

The installer was very friendly and did an outstanding with the installation. Cleaned up all garbage and completed the work in a timely manner.

Provider submitted estimate after my 1st review. Company was not very responsive. Estimate was too high.

Came out to do a chimney rebuild that took a like longer than anticipated. But in the end very happy with the work that was done! I would call on them for any future work.

No follow up as requested. Several phone calls and promises. still no follow up on necessary additional work that was needed!

The cleaning seemed fine but the technician said we needed a new chimney liner and cap. He said he took pictures and showed them to us although I couldn't tell if those were pictures of OUR chimney. He said his boss would follow up by emailing us a full report to include his observations, pictures, and an estimate for the liner and cap. In spite of leaving them a text message and 2 voicemails, we have not heard back from the company.

Mirna scheduled our work to fit into this busy season and was responsive to our schedule. When she was able to move our date up, she called and then kept us informed as to when the workers would arrive. Ralph and Arturro were prompt and professional (and personable) and did a great job of cleaning our fireplace insert and our Jotul wood stove.They did quality work and were conscious to minimize the impact of their work on our house. I recommend this company without reservation.

Chimney Usa is soooo wonderful!!! Great great great people! They were very professional without being stuffy,explained evety detail that was being done,answered every question i had,the work is just great! We are sooo satisfied!! I called on Thursday, 10/20/16 and spoke with Mirna. I explained that upon annual clean & check of furnace, was told there was a blockage. She was very friendly & professional, she explained to me they could have someone come out and do an inspection/cleaning, gave me an approx. estimate of cost, we scheduled appointment for Monday 10/24/16. Ralph and Arturo were very professional, friendly & knowledgeable in their work. They removed 3 buckets of soot/debris! made sure was venting properly, furnace working properly, left everything very clean. Ralph also explained chimney needs repair. Ralph (as did Mirna) explained to me requirement/need/ benefit of getting the chimney liner & cap. I rated them (B) for punctuality only because I had a 1-4pm window. They did not arrive until approx. 5:15pm. They were done within an hour and a half. I understand this is a very busy season for them, emergencies etc. I was just elated they showed up because it was cold, temperature was going to drop even more, and we needed heat! Thank God for them!

The job was done to perfection by Mirna and her two men, and it was miraculous we were able to secure same day service from their company. Most chimney companies are booked days if not weeks in advance, especially in light of the warm weather and recent heavy rain storms in the area: Mirna and her two workers climbed the roof, took pictures, and diagnosed immediately birds were nesting deep inside the chimney. They proceeded to clean chimney, and used tarps and brooms to ensure over 7 buckets of soot did not fall on our basement floor. They vacuumed and used various equipment by hand, carefully removing the bird's nest, dead birds, and years of soot built up in the chimney. We await a proposal for a chimney liner and cap needed for the building, and will also be considering a bid to rebuild the chimney that has is very old. Overall, we were rescued from over 4 days of no hot water due to carbon monoxide unable to exit the buidling, and received priority same day service due to 20 people not having hot water. Their workmanship was very professional, and price very fair. As a Condo President who has overseen dozens of repairs with vendors at our building, Chimney USA is top knot have, and I can't say enough positive things about how pleased we were to receive such timely and professional service during a very inconveniencing situation that impacted so many residents.

She was very helpful. We had 3 estimates and this company was the least expensive and seemed like it would be much more quality work. She was on time. She gave me a date and time and she was right there. That is very important. I also liked that they sent a female out.

They did excellent work. When the new liner did not draw the smoke properly, they returned and completely redid the work. The problem was in the shape of the chimney and not their work. They were extremely helpful and great to work with

Overall we were satisfied with the work completed and the price, although a little higher than we anticipated, for the work done wasn't cost prohibitive. Our house is very old so there was more work to be done to make the chimney safer than first estimated. Once the work was scheduled and started the job went smoothly. However, weather was not our friend, but the contractor's working on this job made sure the house was protected from the elements until they could come back the third day to finish the job. They were careful about not damaging the gutters or roof while they worked and cleaned everything completely up after they were done. The only concern I would mention would be the length of time it had taken from when we made the first deposit (April 29th) to when the job was actually started (May 31st). Again, I commend the contractor for they're job knowledge and work efficiency while performing the work. They made sure the was done right. The finished chimney looks great!

Mirna and her team did an excellent job on rebuilding a chimney and installing a new liner for my investment property. They were able to get the job done in only 2 days, working even when the sun came down so that they could complete the work on time and before the weather turned bad. They were also one of the lowest bids I received out of three other contractors. Mention that you found them on Angie's list and you will get a discount! I would highly recommend Chimney USA for any chimney related work you need now or in the future.

It went well. Once they arrived, the workers, headed by Raphael, were skilled, fast, and efficient . They finished in one day and showed me photos of all the completed work and how both the chimneys had been blocked, mostly by bricks and mortar that a previous company had dropped in. The work was very professional and everything was neat and clean when it was finished. They were an hour and a half late though. I guess there was some issue getting the materials, but I was not notified of the delay until I called.
