It went really well. I was very impressed and the guy who came out was super communicative about what he was doing and helping me solve the specific issue I was dealing with. He also helped me think through how we could set it up so the faucet could be removed to replace the cracked vinyl siding. A really good experience and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely use again.

It went great. Oscar was the technichian that was sent and he was extremely punctual, polite, and professional. He arrived on time and did amazing work.

I called in the morning and someone was able to come out just a few hours later. Chicagoland was the provider that had the soonest time slot available, which was important because I had to shut off the water to the whole house so that I wouldn't be wasting it through the broken shower. The plumber was able to quickly identify what part he needed and had to go to the store to purchase it since it wasn't one that he already had stocked in his van. Given the price of the replacement cartridge, the overall total cost stings a little bit, but I am paying for the quick service and for tools to do the job that I don't have myself. Just be aware of $100-$150 just for the visit off the top, plus about the same hourly labor rate.

So far so good. The water seems to be flowing just fine after the work. The total cost is for tub and two outside drain pipes.

The entire experience was great. They promised someone would be to the house in two hours, and a few minutes after I arranged for the service I received a text with the name and picture of the technician. He arrived right on time. Very courteous and worked fast. He showed me the problem (which was a gasket has disintegrated) and replaced it. Based on this experience I would use them again.

Called Chicagoland about 1pm and Oscar was out here before 2pm. Company actually texted me that he was in route and included a picture so I'd recognize him. Drained the sink, rodded the drain to the catch basin, cleaned everything up and tested it thoroughly. Extremely impressed with Oscar and Chicagoland. Recommend very highly!

I called Chicagoland Quality Plumbing one day and they came the next morning for a non-urgent project. They showed up early and were efficient and timely with changing out the garbage disposal. Will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

I received a reply to my inquiry within about 15 minutes and was given a time for the service immediately. Plumbers were punctual and very professional. Truly A+ service and will hire them again. Service seemed pricey, but I might be out of touch with Chicago rates.

I own a condo and have tenants living there right now. I was able to schedule a plumber a day in advance rather than having to wait for over a week compared to others that I called. The plumber arrived early and was done with the work within the hour. I haven't received any complaints from the tenants. Also, Chicagoland didn't charge me extra for having to look for parking, or other idle time.

Well. The technician was great about explaining how he diagnosed and fixed the various problems. He broke some unexpected bad news gently - he discovered a small leak by one toilet- explained the options, and set my expectations that it may be a Project but he'd check it out. And he was able to resolve it - hoorah. He also discovered a problem with the outside faucet and diagnosed the probable cause, which we decided to defer to another day. He educated me enough that I felt I understood the issues and could participate knowledgably about whether or not to proceed. I felt he 'knew his stuff', worked deliberately, was very transparent about the work and issues that came up, had practical solutions, and kept thinking. That is what those of us with older houses, and therefore unexpected problems, need. A good experience.

He used compressed air to open up the drain. It works much better now but I think I was overcharged for the work done. I never had to pay that much to have a drain unclogged even though I used a coupon from Angie's List that gave me a 10% discount.

Wonderful. They came out right away, assessed the problem, found a replacement part for us and came back and repaired. It was quick and easy for me!
