Description of Work: Has used them three times over this summer. Edward that was out the first visit was very professional and took care of the problem immediately and then fixed the issue. He was able to redo the work from previous plumber and everything was done perfectly! The second visit was a loose faucet, the plumber came and found out the whole system was rotted and they had to replace these items the following week in order to complete the job. These are the best plumber that I have ever dealt with.

Description of Work: Chicagoland Plumbing worked at my building all afternoon and their equipment broke down. They suggested I get another plumber because it would take a long time to repair their equipment. They did NOT charge me anything and even refunded my Angie's List coupon of $140. I would definitely try them again.

Description of Work: My requirement was for extensive plumbing services related to a major kitchen renovation project. This plumbing contractor does not presently have sufficient staff to accept new construction projects, thus is solely limited to undertaking repair work to existing plumbing systems. While this was disappointing to hear, I was pleased with his rapid response to my initial telephoned inquiry.

Description of Work: Edwin and his team were very professional and responsive and were great at communicating throughout my dealings with them. Edwin initially responded to an emergency call on a Saturday and came out that day to diagnose and perform a temporary remedy on a faucet that would not turn off. A subsequent visit was made to replace the faucet. On both occasions Edwin and his coworkers always called to set their appointments and then again to follow up and to advise the time that they would be arriving to do the work. They were thorough with their explanation of the work that was to be done and made sure to enter every unit of the 3 condo building to ensure that all water was restored and functioning properly. I would not hesitate to use their services again if necessary.

Description of Work: Replaced a high end water heater, with same mfg (unit with forced vent and auto start system). On time (actually early), price was to the dollar what the verbal estimate was, workers very professional - and the owner came around to check on job.

Description of Work: The guy who came reset the toilet, changed the tubing and offered to caulk around the bottom but I declined it. There was a little mess left over in the bathroom - gunk and water so that was a little disappointing but the toilet is working great.

Description of Work: Chicagoland Qualtiy Plumbing Inc (CQP) responded to me after having sent a third message. They were unable to accommodate the times I was available and we were unable to schedule an appointment. I asked for a refund, and CQP agreed.

Description of Work: replaced leaking pipe in kitchen sink. These guys are great. They come in, do the job and are very professional and knowledgable. Highly reccomend them

Description of Work: I had CQP over to replace a leaking valve. After trying several other companies, who would decline the job or put me off, it was refreshing to have such a responsive plumber. We exchanged several calls and emails to set up an appointment; CQP arrived on time and with the necessary part. I found their team courteous and professional and -- most importantly -- they did a great job fixing my problem.

Description of Work: They installed a 75 gallon hot water heater and did a number of smaller jobs. They were professional in every respect and I would use them again in a flash.
