Edwin, the owner, sent Diego out the same day I called. Diego was happy to — at my request — politely point out where I’d gone wrong. He carefully reinstalled two faucets and drains, and then tested and re-tested to be sure everything was working as designed.

We talked with several companies last fall and went with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. Edwin is awesome. He took the time to talk to all three condo unit owners and to answer all of our questions. He came to our property twice and was prompt and professional both times. Through our conversations, we were able to figure out a reasonable plan to take measures to protect us from this happening again. Edwin is going to come back out in the spring to help us carry out the rest of the plan. We've had a great experience working with Edwin and Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. I would recommend them to my friends.

These guys fit us into their schedule when others could not (and they were busy too). Everyone we dealt with was prompt, courteous, and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and accurately they diagnosed our issues and resolved them. All at a reasonable rate. Looks like we have a new plumber to rely on!

It want very well. They were able to come out the day after the holiday. Their price was reasonable, and they were very professional.

Job went very smoothly. They were running a bit behind but, called to let me know so-no problem. They did all I requested, no more, no less and accomplished everything within a very reasonable time frame. There was a small additional charge above the amount quoted that was explained and agreed to. They were careful to not track in weather and cleaned up the work area well. Nice, quality work.

Diego was very professional and quick to unclog the toilet. My one complaint with the company, though, is the lack of communication/Diego's tardiness. I was originally told he'd arrive around noon, received a call at 1215 to say it'd be closer to 2, and then got a text at 230 letting me know that Diego was the technician who would be coming and he'd be on his way at 3....he arrived at 415. While I understand that earlier jobs go late, it was frustrating to not know what was going on, particularly as it got later in the day, wondering if I needed to call another plumber in order to get the toilet repaired today.

The Chicagoland team responded to my e-mail in a few hours and had an appointment available the next day. They showed up right on time and got to work. In watching these guys at work, you could tell they were true professionals. They were kind enough to allow me to shadow to learn a bit more about the inner workings of my home. They rotted the drain through the bathroom sink and pulled out one of the largest clumps of hair I've ever seen. Problem solved! Not knowing what to expect when the bill was handed to me, I was pleasantly surprised. These guys are professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. I'd recommend them any day!

A+ I reached out Friday night. Saturday morning, Ed contacted me. He quoted the most competitive price AND said they could send someone in a couple of hours. Diego showed up 30 minutes early. He was friendly. Professional and informative. He had to do additional work to replace the faucet but finished it within an hour so the price was the same. Cleanup was perfection. The man picked up a couple of leaves the wind blew in on his way out! Bravo!

Seamless. Technician was very knowledgeable on troubleshooting methods and thoroughly inspected for safety and usage.

It went well. Diego was the plumber and he was neat and clean, efficient, explained everything very well and listened carefully. He was great.

Chicagoland Quality Plumbing came with the correct full turn stems. They were on time, neat, considerate and most of all the full turns were so much easier for us to regulate the temperatures for the tub. Of course, I'm always blown away at the expense of having a plumber come to the house.

Call returned quickly, appointment scheduled quickly, plumber came on time and analyzed the issues, noted what had to be done, time required and estimate of cost. Work was completed on time with an explanation and check, including replacement of the wax rings, spacers inserted to align with the toilet and floor level, and then both bases securely silicone caulked. Less that two hours of work and a high-quality result.

The shut-off valve replacement went well. The plumber came and replaced 2 multi-turn compression valves with 2 quarter turn valves. Everything was clean after he was done. The work was done in a short amount of time. I gave a B for punctuality because the company did not give me an expected time of arrival. The plumber showed up on the expected day but I did not know what time to expect him. The work went well and I would hire them again.

As predicted, showed up on time well organized work got doe and we will use again.

Technician Oscar arrived on time. The great thing about Chicagoland Quality Plumbing is they text you a photo of the technician in advance. The technician will also text you when on route. Oscar replaced the broken shut off valve and found there was rust and debris in the line preventing water to flow into the toilet tank. He flushed the water line and tested it. Tank filled correctly after the test.

Oscar was very professional, on time, courteous and took the time to explain all the repair process to me which was very helpful. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up the bathroom post repair. A great experience, service and technician.

Oscar went the extra mile to find the water shutoff without cutting into anything. He investigated all water stains to locate issues and provided expert advice on things I could do myself. Replaced the cartridge and was extremely courteous the entire visit.

Excellent response to voice mail inquiry, prompt assessment of problem and follow up installation as informed. Have only positive things to say about responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. Appreciative of explanation why sum pumps have worn out exceptionally fast and would use again. Only concern is despite being a weekend call, the service fee felt high.

Oscar was the plumber assigned and he was on-time, courteous, and made sure to explain to me what he uncovered and how best to fix the situation. The issue was larger than initially discussed and he made sure I was aware of the additional materials needed and change in cost before he proceeded. In addition to the great work done to fix the issue, Oscar also took care to protect the area where he was working and made sure the bathroom when he was done was (cleanliness wise) as when he arrived. Edwin came to view the issue and said yes he could do the work. We set a time for the following week. Later that day he called to say he could come the following morning. I was available. His co-worker Oscar started on the job, Edwin arrived later. Oscar had found a pipe with the really bad blockage. Edwin gave Oscar the thumbs up and departed. Oscar finished up by replacing the pipes with copper tubing and better shut off valve. Water pressure was checked and all looks good for the winter season again.

It went really well. I was very impressed and the guy who came out was super communicative about what he was doing and helping me solve the specific issue I was dealing with. He also helped me think through how we could set it up so the faucet could be removed to replace the cracked vinyl siding. A really good experience and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely use again.
