Description of Work: We had water backing up into our finished basement following rainstorms. They rodded out main sewer drain line from house, clearing tree roots and debris. Everything is fine now. This is the second time we have used their services. They are punctual, do a great job, and accurately identify and fix problems without any upselling.

Description of Work: The plumber showed up right on time. Flushed out the pipes in on of the master bath sinks. Gave an estimate on replacing certain parts that saved us over $500 on an estimate from a different plumber. Would certainly use these guys again!

Description of Work: in a very tight space, took off the stand of a pedestal sink to access a leaky pipe. Changed out pipe and rodded out clog below that pipe. Everything kept clean; Diego was very polite. The work took a good 3 hours due to the difficulty of removing and re-installing the pedestal (without breaking or chipping anything). Note: I was sent a photo of the 'technician' on the day of service. This is a nice and smart thing to do.

Description of Work: The plumber, who was a very personable guy, came to look at our ejector pump that had been tripping the electrical circuit. He said it could be the switch, but often people replace the switch and the pump goes out days later. We opted for replacing the pump and lid. He had a pump on hand (just in case), but had to leave to get the lid. He did a great job cleaning out the pit and replacing the pump. All the work was done the same day.
