Very professional, explained everything along the way. I'm sure there might be lower cost options out there, but was happy with the quality I received -- both the actual services performed and the customer service along the way. Why risk poor quality when it comes to plumbing work? Would use again.

We recently moved into a foreclosed home that had been winterized for two or three years. We had another plumber help with turning on the water and making sure there were no major leaks. After living in the house for a few days we realized that we needed more plumbing help. We chose not to use the first plumber and selected Chicagoland Quality Plumbing, Inc. based on the great reviews on Angie's List. Edwin sent a plumber to look at the house the same day we called. He gave an estimate and scheduled a time to come out. None of our issues was an emergency that needed immediate attention. They came back on the scheduled day and completed the work. They called early in the morning telling us that they would be delayed because of attending to another emergency. When they did get to the house they worked right through lunch so they would not have to return on another day. The work was done efficently and well. They thought that the part purchased for the toilet was not the right part (the markings on the winterized toilet were impossible to read), but everything is working well. We will be needing more plumbing work as renovate this home and Chicagoland Quality Plumbers will be our 'guys'!

I called because the pull out faucet in our kitchen was leaking. The plumber who came told me that it couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced. I was told the if I had them come back to do the install, they would treat the first visit as an estimate, and that they charge me for it. I got a new faucet the next day from a local supply company, and called them back to schedule the install. They were able to come back the following day to install it. It works great, and it all went very smoothly.

We have and old sink from 1940 and were having trouble taking off the u-joint to unclog it. They came out promptly to assist us and replaced the hardware and necessary components that were corroded. We have used this company several times now (for toilet installation and outdoor drain rebuilding) and appreciate the quality of work and the communication level from this company. He is always good at explaining what needs to be done and why and how larger projects might be scaled out. Their estimates are always fair.

The experience was great! Edwin is an extremely nice guy and very professional. He came up to the unit and let me explain what I had already tried, he gave me a flat rate quote and was done nice and quick. He even did a couple additional touch ups without charging me and gave me a good warranty on his work. For payment he accepted my credit card and performed the transaction on speaker phone so I could hear everything that was going on; it made me feel much more secure than him writing my number down.

I had to quickly get a good plumber, I reviewed Angie's list, selected Chicagoland, and it lived up to all expectations. On time, professional, reasonable, easy. Exactly what I needed.

Edwin showed up when he said he would, temporarily secured the sink and then returned to finish the job. The cost was more than I expected, but I believe it was fair considering his rate and the time required.

These guys came out to do an initial drain cleaning and found a larger problem. We actually ended up going with another company to take care of the larger issue (simply because we went for another estimate and it was easier to schedule with them at that point), but in retrospect we definitely could have gone with Chicago Plumbing and I'm confident we would have had a good experience.

Edwin and David were great. Edwin returned my initial phone call within a few minutes and let me know they could be out to our house by the next day (other companies had a 2-3 day wait). On the day of, they called early in the morning to confirm the time and they arrived exactly when they said they would. David and Oscar (a trainee?) were polite and even put on booties before entering (it was raining). They assessed the issue, had the parts in the truck and were able to fix our leaky and quite out-of-date drains in less than an hour. Everything is shiny and new and we can tell the quality of work is high. While they were here, I asked them to take a look at our shower plumbing as well. They gave us some free advice about upgrading our faucets, and encouraged us to do it ourselves (vs. paying them an hourly rate for a fairly easy task). For me, that honesty was enough to seal them as our go-to plumbers from here on out. Many other companies would have seized that opportunity to up-sell us on something we didn't need. And the price was very fair. I called 4 companies for quotes before I selected Chicagoland, and every estimate was at least double what we were charged. The hourly rate was what we expected and the costs for parts were reasonable (no markup that I could tell). Thanks Chicagoland Plumbing! I hope we don't have another plumbing crisis, but if we do, you are absolutely who we'll call.

Edwin responded to my call quickly and was able to come out and inspect the problem - a broken drain pipe and sump pump. He was able to get a crew out in the next couple days and rod the sewer line and patch the pipe and replace the sump pump. His crew did a professional job and cleaned up everything and put some concrete around the sewer lid to help keep the smell out. Will call again in the future.

Edwin Flores responded quickly to my initial call and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The day of the call, Edwin phoned when he was on his way to my house, was prompt and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions that I had. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use Chicagoland Quality Plumbing again.

I had a problem and I was not sure what it was. They came out and double checked there work and realized there was a problem that was unrelated. They are coming back to fix the unrelated problem. They did not charge me, for them to come back and double check their work.

Chicagoland Plumbing was able to provide me with service before the other plumbers i called. David arrived a little early for the appointment and got right down to solving the problem. He asked me a few questions and looked at the setup of my home's plumbing. He then talked me through how everything works and I learned a lot about my home's plumbing. He told me what work he recommended and how much it would cost. After i agreed to the work, he started working right away. Once he was finished, he tested the work and explained how to keep the drain clean in the future. He also recommend further work, some of which Chicagoland Plumbing cannot do. I appreciated his knowledge.

The garbage disposal stopped working suddenly on a Friday morning and I was able to get Chicagoland Plumbing Inc to come out within 2 hours of my call to fix it. The repairman was professional and identified the problem right away. He also showed me how to reset the disposal on my own and use a large allen wrench to clear any blockage if I have the same issue again. I think the $55 price was very fair (especially after another company quoted me $285!) and I was happy to have the issue resolved quickly. Will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend.

I called on a Friday, and was called back almost immediately. I was asked to log everything online, which I have no problem with as I am familiar with using the computer, like other Angie's List customers. We scheduled for Monday morning, and Edwin arrived promptly and had to rod out the kitchen sink. Then he also worked on the powder room and 2nd floor bathroom sinks, and finally the utility tub in the basement. These have always drained slowly since I moved in 5 years ago, and now everything is flowing better than ever. So it was well worth the price. He also gave me a quote to fix an underlying problem with the kitchen sink that can be done later. It was not designed properly which is why it causes problems regularly. I felt the work was done knowledgeably and the service was professional. My questions were answered. I will use this plumber and Angie's List again.

Prompt service - even early, plumber called and said he could be there sooner than expected. He was professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. We would definitely call on Chicagoland Quality Plumbing again if needed.

David, the technician arrived on time and quickly and efficiently went about the repairs. He was very courteous and answered all questions. Visit was uneventful and productive - couldn't ask for more.

We live in a high rise, and our shower was leaking into the garage below our unit. We contacted Chicagoland Quality Plumbing after dealing with two prior companies that couldn't resolve the problem -- one said it was our humidifier, the other said it was poor grouting (it was obviously neither). David from Chicagoland Quality Plumbing came to give us an estimate. He first checked the shower to make sure everything looked okay. He then went into the garage to inspect the leak in action, and after poking around a bit was able to determine that our lead seal for the drainpipe was broken, even though from the shower itself it looked okay. He came back up to the shower, repaired the seal, and called it a day -- the leak was fixed! The whole thing would've been done in 15 minutes, but our building wouldn't cooperate and let him park in the loading dock. Both Edwin and David were a pleasure to work with. The fact that our shower was repaired when we simply expected an estimate is absolutely amazing. If we ever run into plumbing problems again we will most definitely be calling them.

Our water heater started leaking Labor Day weekend and we contacted 5 different plumbers. The quickest response was from Chicagoland. They came Tuesday for an estimate and did the installation on Wednesday. We also purchased a new toilet and they installed that as well. Quick response, very courteous, and quick work. We will surely use them again. They are now my go-to plumbers. Very very happy with their work.
