Technician stopped to inspect water leak and looked at the bathroom floor, flushed toilet, looked under sink and did not find water leaking. Technician Indicated that there was no leak. Technician did not inspect elsewhere to determine the cause of water leak. The leak is still going on. Still charged to come out for not investigating or fixing the leak.

Went well. Was going to attempt to fix outside faucet myself. They offered to take a look and it was more than just a washer so I had them do the work. I watched while they checked so no shenanigans.

Edwin was terrific - he first came out to review the situation since I was unfamiliar with the water hookups in my condo apartment. He provided a lot of information to explain the situation and quoted a price. He followed up the day before our set appointment time which I had to change. Not a problem. He returned on our rescheduled day, did the repair, provided some advice on a home repair we had done, and cleaned up after his work. He was extremely professional and informative. His price was the market rate for the work and he honored my Angie's List coupon.

Edwin is a fantastic guy to work with. On time, carefully evaluates the project and fair pricing. He installed our whole house water filter system. Rather than charge more he made an extra trip and took his time explaining what access/changes were needed to the walls before he started. His honest and informative approach kept our job below budget and we are very happy. Additionally he listened carefully to our input and concerns throughout the job.

The plumber showed up on time, completed the work very efficiently, and left the area under and around the sink spotless. Couldn't ask for better service.

Chicagoland plumbing was great! Their prices were reasonable, and Edwin was fantastic--he called ahead to let me know he was on his way, confirmed our appointment, and arrived ready to go. Despite the fact that our water heater closet is a small space and requires maneuvering the water heater around a corner, he got the new machine in. He also figured out how to re-attach the water heater to the gas line, which required some creative /experienced assembly. I would definitely call Chicagoland plumbing again--they were fantastic from beginning to end.

Edwin Flores is amazing! I sent him an email around 8:30 one evening to discuss what one of his technicians had suggested regarding the problem of our toilets clogging. Despite the late hour, he called me back immediately to discuss the problem and asked if I would like him to come and give a second opinion about what would be needed to resolve the problem. Of course I said yes and we scheduled another appointment. I was not charged for the first appointment. He was able to resolve the issue by rodding out both toilets. This is not the first time I have used Chicagoland plumbing and I have never been disappointed. I will continue to use this company in the future.

They did a great job. They had to reroute our pipes coming from our bathtub. My drum trap cracked and leaked all over basement apartment. It was a tough job due to spacing issues. I would highly recommend them.

I had a backed up sewer drain and the service rep had trouble getting through the clog. He didn't try to upsell some unneeded expensive solution to the problem. He explained what he was encountering and informed me of the cost to continue. He didn't give up, and after using different cutter heads and having to add an extension to the rodder when the clog turned out to be in more than one spot, he finally cleared the line. I have used Chicagoland Plumbing before, and have always found them to be very professional and reliable.

Terrific. Edwin is very responsive to all communication and was able to make an appointment within a couple of days. He sent out Diego, a very capable and pleasant plumber who did a terrific job of installing all the items. The fee was quite reasonable given all that I needed completed, especially the kitchen plumping (pipes) needing to be replaced and rebuilt due to faulty work by the prior plumbers (not put in by Chicagoland Quality Plumbing).

Edwin and assistant arrived a little later than schedule but this was fine with me, as I was flexible. The work was done in a timely manner and the issue was fixed to my satisfaction as they ceiling was to be completely redone in the next couple of weeks. They cleaned and swept up the floor and let the work place very clean. Edwin informed me that my hot water heater was making a noise that indicates there is a LOT OF SEDIMENT in the tank and was manufactured in 1988. He suggested replacing it with a take that was 10 gallons bigger. We made an appointment for this to happen. I was not charged for the 1st inspection of the leaking pipe.

Great! I am the landlord and I was able to schedule the service call at my tenants convenience, did not have to take off of work because they emailed me invoice and allowed me to quick pay them :)
