Oscar, was the service technician who provided an efficient overview of the problem and how he intended to rectify the issue. He answered all of my questions and I felt better knowing that the problem was not as challenging as I thought it would be. Also, his professionalism was very much appreciated.

Great, he solved the problem without needing a new faucet and explained every step along the way. I felt more informed about my plumbing after he left.

I called Edwin on Thursday afternoon to request an appointment. He returned my call promptly and provided me with an appointment time the next day. Edwin kept me informed of the status of his technician and at what time I should expect him.Oscar showed up on time and took care of the clog. I found this company to have great customer service and would recommend their services.

Very well. Edwin was able to make an appointment sooner, due to a cancellation. The tech was on-time, friendly and cleaned up so that the bath / bathroom was neat and tidy, after the work. It continues to be a pleasure to have Chicagoland Quality Plumbing do work.

We had a leak from our water heater that resulted in a small pond of warm water on our basement floor. Edwin called us back within about 30 minutes. Oscar came to our house the following day. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the pressure valve and left the basement in better condition than when he started. The cost was very reasonable. Oscar was great. My aging golden retriever slid on the wood floor in her excitement to greet him, and couldn't get a foothold to get up. He even helped me with her. We have used Chicagoland Quality Plumbing in the past, and were very satisfied. We have recommended them to our friends.

I have used Chicagoland Plumbing for many years now. I haven't needed them in a couple of years, but recently purchased a new home and needed a leak repaired. So of course I reached out to Edwin for help. He is so nice, punctual, responsive and professional. Two of his team members, Gerardo and Oscar, showed up on-time yesterday to make the repairs under my kitchen sink. They were very friendly and polite. They made the repair and tested the pipes several times to ensure the problem was completely fixed. I liked that they explained to me exactly what they were doing, and showed me exactly where they were making changes. Gerardo and Oscar also answered some general questions I had about the shower drain and faucet in the master bathroom. In addition to doing good work, Edwin is an honest worker with integrity. With my plumbing being so old, he ran into problems and spent several hours more (including coming back the next day) installing the faucet. After all of that he didn't charge me an extra penny for the extended hours. This is my third experience with this company and I appreciate the combination of quality work and workers with integrity.

After running the water for a while in the bathroom sink, the plumber couldn't find any leaks. He looked around the faucet and noticed water pooling at the base of the faucet, and moved it with his finger. At that point, water came spraying out the back behind the pedestal sink. The faucet wasn't sealed correctly, so it was leaking and water was dripping out of the hole where the sink stopper is. He fixed the faucet seal and also fixed the sink stopper, which was broken when we bought the condo. The plumber was fast and very nice. If I had examined the issue more, I believe I probably could have fixed the issue myself, but I didn't want to mess around with a bunch of pipes if that was the issue. So, overall, not sure it was $140 worth of work, but maybe it was. I'm not an expert on plumbing costs. What was done though was done well and we are happy the sink no longer leaks onto the floor behind it.

Edwin called in response to email request one day earlier and noted technician could be on site in the afternoon. Edwin sent a message about 30 minutes in advance of Diego's arrival and Diego arrived on-time. Diego put on clean booties to not mark up floors and quickly assessed and confirmed the fill mechanism needed to be replaced and then changed the faulty fill mechanism and tested the tank fill. In addition, Diego carefully checked to ensure there was no lead on the removed water supply line into the tank and cleaned up the tank and area around the toilet. Diego also explained what was wrong and what he would be doing to repair the issue. Very efficient, communicative and tidy. A pleasure.

Very well. Oscar arrived on time, called en route. Oscar completely flushed Moen kitchen faucet cartridge and water supply lines so that the water pressure was restored. Could not find a replacement cartridge, but work flushed cartridge, so it worked like new. Oscar also completely cleared out and flushed the bathroom drain, doing a deep cleaning and removing a hair blockage that had slowed the drain. Oscar was neat, completely cleaned up and was careful not to mark floors in kitchen or bath, while working. Highly recommend. Will have them back again with any plumbing issue.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I noticed a leak in the basement of my two-story house that quickly got worse and began leaking into the first floor as well (it was coming from second floor). I needed a plumber on very short notice and began calling companies in the area. I called Chicagoland and they immediately dispatched Oscar to come to our house, then Oscar called to give his estimated time of arrival and the office sent text message with Oscar's picture so I would recognize him. Oscar was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly located and fixed the leak after opening the wall. The price was much lower than expected for emergency service and I was thrilled with every aspect of the communication, work, and value. I will be using Chicagoland as our standard plumber from now on! THANK YOU!

Diego and Oscar were great! Very professional, explanatory and careful every step of the way. They removed the toilet, and then ran water down the pipe to see if it was a pipe issue. After seeing no leaking in the unit below, they knew it was a seal issue. They showed me where on the old wax ring it showed signs of age/failure. They removed the old ring, replaced it, recaulked around the foot of the toilet, and did a good job cleaning up. After that, they ran the shower, sink and flushed the toilet to make sure that there were no other leaks. And the wear booties to keep your floors clean! That is awesome! Thank you for giving great service and doing great work!

I contacted this provider to remove and reinstall a toilet for me because it was leaking, and paid in advance for one of his deals, as he encouraged me to do. It was a type of toilet that he was unable to work with. He arrived as promised, and immediately determined he could not do the work. He promised a quick refund by check of my credit card advance payment, which came in just a few days. I appreciated his professionalism in not trying to do a job that he was unequipped to do and the quick refund.

It turned out ok, it was fine. The best part was that the owner got back to me because I had to schedule a few times. The guy was professional in his demeanor.

Oscar did an excellent job. He called 30 minutes before he arrived, did the job quick;y and efficiently, and cleaned up completely afterward, including removing the old toilet instead of leaving it for me to dispose of, unlike another service I used.

Gerardo came on time and called before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had all the parts to repair and was out quickly. He was professional, courteous and left everything the way he found it. Was very communicative through the process. I will use them again if I ever need a plumber. Thank you.

After opening the wall more and more, we figured out that the pipes were not the problem. Later on, his boss, Edwin, came to check out the situation. He finally figured out the source of the problem, that was in the cartridge of the bathtub faucet! When he realized that so many holes have been done in the wall for nothing, he offered his 2 hour repair and parts for free, as he was sorry closing for the damage was done for nothing, knowing how much it would cost to repair and paint the drywall. As it was a challenging situation, I could not put the blame on the young plumber and was thankful that his boss realized both my loss and his apprentice challenges. Both lost some money with the case, but I found Edwin to be a very honest plumber and person. I called Edwin again for the removal of my old water heater and the installation of a new one. He was very professional and punctual and made a great job.

Edwin was great. Very responsive right away and was even able to come perform the work within an hour despite it being a non-emergency. Cost was in-line with what you would expect, good value. Will use them as first choice for plumbing going forward for sure.

I would stay away from this provider as who knows what else he will be picky about.

They were very professional and did a great job. The only problem I had was that they did not always anser their phone during business hours. I think they need a dedicated receptionist to anser the phone.

I purchased Angie's Big Deal for drain cleaning and scheduled the service for a Saturday. Our building is a 100+ year old two-flat. Gerardo arrived on-time, assessed the problem and began working immediately. He worked about 3 hours but was unsuccessful in clearing the drain. After discussing the difficulty with his boss, they determined best to return another day to finish the job. They were willing to come back the following Monday but I was unavailable. I went online and scheduled for Tuesday at 8:00 a.m.when I could be present for the job. Edwin, Gerardo and Albert arrived early on Tuesday and got started immediately. Edwin assessed the problem and reviewed the plan with his team and myself. The crew started immediately by using a large power rodder. Once they cleared the line, they tested it thoroughly. They then moved onto installing a drain plug and fixing the 1st floor kitchen sink drain. They also checked and the rodded the main sewer line to make sure it was clear. Albert and Gerardo walked me through all the work they completed. They also provided me assessments for further areas of concern; we need to have the catch basin cleaned out and also need to replace an old wash tub with a leaky plumbing that is not repairable. Chicagoland Quality Plumbing does not service catch basins, so I will need to secure another service provider for this project. A few days later, I noticed there was water leaking from the kitchen line drain again, so I contacted Edwin via email late Thursday night. He contacted me first thing Friday morning and dispatched his crew to my home immediately. I was at work so I was not present for the follow up visit. Albert called me 30 mins later to say, they resealed the drain plug and the issue was resolved. I was very impressed with how professional these men were. They also respected our home by using tarps to protect the floors and cleaned up after very thoroughly, they even put my flower planters back in place! They were responsive to my concerns and communicated very clearly. The pricing was more than fair for the amount of time & labor put into the job I believe I have found a quality plumbing service that I am happy to use for future projects and to refer to all my friends.
