Bait and switch. Guy showed up and said it would take an hour and cost $225. The ninety dollars per hour rate was changed in January. Funny, it was your company who quoted the ninety dollars to me.

Diego came in and fixed both in an hour. He replaced a few parts and now the toilets are working fine. He was polite and professional and did a good job. I would hire them again.

I called Chicagoland Quality Plumbing who sent Diego out to investigate. Within a very short time he had located and fixed the problem. This is the first time I have used Chicagoland Quality Plumbing and I have to say that Diego represented the company very well. He was polite, courteous, and professional. I also had some plumbing questions, unrelated to today's problem, which Diego patiently answered. The whole experience was very positive and I heartily recommend them to one and all.

Excellent! Rapid turnaround time on scheduling an appointment. Gerardo, the plumbing technician, arrived on time and provided a number of updates relative to the check / analysis and what needed to be done and confirmed the estimate of cost before completing work. Gerardo also followed up that there was an issue with the electrical outlet that the pump used so that could be checked and corrected. A great experience from start to successful completion / repair.

I called Edwin about a toilet leaking at the base. I left a message and he called me back less than 5 minutes later. He said he would have a plumber come out within the hour. Less than 30 minutes later Oscar came to the house. He was professional, friendly, and very quick in his assessment of the issue. He had the toilet completely fixed in less than 30 minutes and was nice enough to also address a sink with low water pressure (which he showed me how to adjust to improve the pressure) while he was here. He was great and I would definitely call them again!

Diego was terrific; competent, friendly, and very pleasant. I'm not sure about the costs -- to remove the toliet, find the problem, remove the clog, reset the toliet, test everything to be sure it was working well was $550. I am happy to have the problem solved.

When I called today to schedule an appointment, Edwin informed me that a technician was available to come out this afternoon and he sent me a photo of the technician. I really did appreciate this. To my pleasant surprise, Gerardo arrived within an hour of me talking to Edwin. He inspected, explained and completed the job all within an hour. Gerardo was very thorough in explaining everything before and during the job. He power rodded my kitchen sink drain that was clogged. He cleared the line by pulling out grime and buildup. Afterwards he tested it and everything is working fine. I am extremely satisfied with everything and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Oscar did a great job and everything looks (and smells) like it should.

Mr. Flores returned my call the same day and said he'd send someone between 1-3. Diego came during that time window and did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the issue with both sinks, what he would do to fix them and then demonstrated the problems were resolved.

They were able to send a plumber the morning after I called. Oscar arrived when expected and was very nice and professional. After I related the issues I needed addressed, he explained what he was going to do. When he was done, he demonstrated that everything was working well. I haven't had any problems since. Oscar wore booties over his shoes to protect my floors and he left my bathroom neat and clean. The price was very reasonable.

This is the second time I have used Chicagoland Plumbing and they were just as magnificent this time as last. I called and left a voicemail Mr Flores called me back in less than 3 minutes. We set up a day to fix a slow draining shower. The technician called to let me know where he was and when he would get to me. He arrived on time, ready and prepared to do the job. Then since talking to Mr. Flores I had another problem that the technician took care of for me. I can't add enough superlatives to this review. The company number is in my speed dial I will not go to another plumber for anything. Thank you Mr. Flores an Chicagoland plumbing!

I spoke to Edwin who was very cordial. He told me he would send someone to my house by noon. Diego arrived before noon and promptly began to work on the trouble. Diego was very professional.

Everything went smoothly and Diego was a big help. We truly appreciated the professionalism and the fix in time for the holiday.

It went SO well. First, a real person answered the phone when I called and was very courteous and professional. Second, Oscar rang my doorbell within an hour of my call. He was able to clear the pipe of rust and debris and now I have a fully functioning shower. Oscar was also very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Chicagoland Quality Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing problems.

Everything went very well. Edwin kept me informed of the timing and the steps. He even texted a picture of the repairman that would come to my residence. Oscar was ontime (actually 13 minutes early). He was extremely professional and explained what he would need to do each step of the repair. There was a mix-up on the replacement part. But he sourced the correct part and completed the repair in a timely manner.

Very well. Diego came on time, after receiving a call from the company stating he was on his way and even sent his name and a photo of him so I would know what he looks like. Diego quickly got to work diagnosing the problem, checking toilet and downstairs pipes and told me what he thought the problems were. He flushed the lines and replaced a water supply line and a part inside the toilet. I had thought the problem was a possible hole in the vent, but he, Diego, was correct and solved the problem. No more mysterious loud noise, no leaks, toilet working great. Clean and efficient. Will surely use Chiagoland Quality Plumbing, Inc. again. Also thanks to Angie's List for the recommendation!

great Did an excellent job. Peoples Gas returned and noted no longer any leaks, liked job, turned my gas back on. Now I can take a warm shower. :>)

I got on to Angies list, to look for a plumber, the first recommendation could not come for three days. I called the second recommendation and they were here in 4 hours. He unclogged the bathtub, found the sorce of the problem. Gave me good recommendation to prevent further problems. He cleaned up everything, and charged a real fair price. Would definitely hire them again.
