They did an excellent job for 3 rooms and a hall.

I got them from Angie’s List. They were excellent! I would say that they do a very efficient, excellent job. I have one carpet that was sort of beyond redemption, a lot of animal stains. They had more trouble with that. Otherwise, very good. It took about 3 hours. Workers were very good, excellent, I would rank them “A”. Careful and they moved things around and they put them back.

The cost per square ft. for the rugs seems high. It came out higher than what it cost to clean my entire basement. My fault for not checking in the outset though.

We had a number of pet stains on the rugs, and they were able to get most of them out. One had been on there for quite some time, so it was pretty much a lost cause. Overall, very reliable and they make it easy for you. They will pick up the rugs and drop off at times that are convenient for you.

Chicagoland Carpet Cleaners was online. They looked at the carpet recommended the spot treatment and scotguarding since this is a rental property. I used a Groupon for this service (that cost is included)

I called and scheduled an appointment. The employee who came to look at the rugs showed up 2 hours early and was rude. They took 3 rugs from my home, and demanded payment, which I thought was highly unusual. After taking the rugs, they called and said they didn't think they could clean one of them. We asked them to try... never heard back. After 3 weeks with no contact, I began inquiring about the rugs, and made an appointment to have them returned, no one materialized. I called the next day, and was informed that they had tried to contact me... I gave them 3 numbers, none of which listed any missed calls or messages. They finally returned the rugs- and they had not attempted to clean the one we had discussed, although they provided no refund. A second rug was returned cleaned but with a stain still clearly visible. When we asked about it, they challenged us for the receipt, said that it's all handled in their office, and again, were extremely rude about it. We should NEVER have made payment prior to service being performed. I feel they had no incentive to do the work, or even to return our property. I would never use this company again, or let anyone I know have anything to do with them. I feel the service is unethical at best.

They were very responsive. They have extended hours. They came the day after we called. The only issue was a squabble over price. They tried to to not honor the original price quoted. I called the customer service department and they did eventually honor that original price.

Jason was here to do some cleaning for my 1st floor tenant, and I asked him if he could clean my basement rug while he was here. The rug looks like new! He did an excellent job for $60

I had originally intended to have 5 rugs cleaned, the 8 x 10 and 4 smaller ones. When the fellow came to pickup the rugs and give me estimates, the prices felt SO high, exceeding the price I often paid for the rug, that I decided to give him just the one large one, which was so filthy and had such horrible spots. This one would cost $220 to clean, when the rug only cost $500 to begin with 12 years ago. But it needed cleaning desperately and I was having 20 people over for dinner. Normally it takes a good two weeks, but I asked for a rush and they agreed to have it back in time for my dinner. Yehuda explained that it would be hand cleaned with them going row by row to get deep into the fibers. The rug came back one day early and it LOOKS LIKE A NEW RUG!!!!! Every single mark and dirty patch is completely gone! Gone! This looks exactly like it looked when it was new. I now understand why it costs so much and why ITS WORTH IT!.
