+ -1 moreThey conservatively sketched our panel system, which was increased by about 50% upon site survey. Installation happened a couple weeks later. All surveyors, sales, office staff, and the install team (Jimmy and David) were super courteous and friendly, clean (they vacuumed my carpets after walking through to the indoor panel), and informative. He could be reached by his cell phone or text and would respond within that same day, speaking to you in the most friendly manner and solving all your needs. Working with Ben during the last several months, I can honestly say he feels like one of my family members. I referred my neighbors and several friends, given the experience I've had so far. I hope to see the savings from the lease program. I also hope that I don't have to deal with roofing warranty coverage. So far I do not have any complaints about Chicago Solar Panels and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar panels.
Description of Work: In addition with achieving break even on energy costs, I feel better knowing that I am partially free from fossil fuel energy. Alex, salesman from Chicago Solar Panels has been friendly and courteous. He follows up with phone calls after each step of the process.
