Not reliable in their service. Not appearing on scheduled time. Poor level of checking at problems and not solving them.

I simply had a kitchen line rodded out. This is something that has been happening around holidays with my tenants cooking a lot and their being grease backed up. The charge was around double what I am used to paying. And the receipt had no details. I asked if it was an hourly rate or how is it calculated and I was given no answer. The receipt just says custom.

insure result. Based on satisfaction with this job, asked him about aged water heater. Gave estimate & returned next day to install. Also, replaced old sump pump while he was there. Very pleased with technician & all work.

Came out for a free estimate. Very informative regarding the issues we were experiencing and offered alternate solutions without paying for a service. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs or questions.

Too expensive. Was an hour late. Will not be using them again.

Several were recommended by Home Advisor, but Chicago Sewer Experts were the only ones available the same day. The rep was prompt, took care of my clogged drain and offered very good advise on preventing future clogs. Hope I don't have this problem again, but if I do I will call Chicago Sewer again.

They were very quick to call and very polite, and seemed to really know their stuff. They were upfront and clear about pricing, which was reasonable. The work I needed turned out to be small, and it took about 30 minutes to get my utility sink draining again. Highly recommend them, and maybe ask for Manny as he was who helped me

Good salesmen, not good workers. They were mostly trying to sell expensive projects instead of the project at hand. Needed drain snaked to the outside. Were hesitant to do the work and use their equipment. The pipe was on an angle and they said it could not be done. After an hour of back and forth decided to get the pipe snaked. It required the big snake to tear up roots which were needed. They used a smaller drain snake. The cost was close to 400 dollars. Ridiculous and I still have the same problem. Would not recommend it.

The staff was very professional and efficient. They investigated the issue immediately and found that the job needed to be referred to the City of Chicago.

Professional company. They clean behind themselves, give updates on the job, provide several options for resolution before doing work, and they accept credit card for payment. My only critique is they are pricey. I definitely overpaid for a drain cleaning. But my drains are clear!

First plumber couldn’t do the job but another one was sent who got it done

I would not hire them again because the price was changed 3 times. I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. I went along to get it done but I would not call them again.

Manny was polite and efficient. He was able to fix our clogged kitchen sink quickly and I felt the price was reasonable.

very efficient were on time beat other extimates i had. they worked hard even tho the light were off in the neighborhood . clean up was good. very professional . cleaned and replaced my sewer pipes. Thank you home advisors

Appears to have done a great job. Had an emergency job that was tough, but they took care of me in 4 1/2 hours. They dirtied up the place, but I guess that goes with the territory.
