Chicago Rappelling Solutions

I would recommend Chicago Rappelling to friends. There was a misunderstanding about the scope/quality of the work that the owner addressed immediately and agreed to refund our money. We were very pleased with their professionalism and delivery. They are priced very well compared to other companies who provide similar work. There was some clean up work that was necessary after they finished the spraying, but they came out sometime later to address any issues we had.

I called Collin to get an estimate which he provided within a day. He and his partner came out to my house when they said they would and without any delay, they began their work. Due to rain, he was not able to finish immediately but once the rain subsided he returned to complete all of the work perfectly. He was professional, prompt, quick, informative. He explained what he was doing and all of the products he used. Before leaving he did a thorough job of cleaning the area. We are completely satisfied with his work.
