Chicago HVAC Repaid Doctor

Horrible service, not missing appointments to finish the work after they started the job. They did a big holes in the wall by a mistake, destroyed 2 crown molding and left a lot of dirt. The workers were careless, they left a hose with dripping condensation water in the wall. The contract stated that the outside compressor unit to be installed on “new equipment pad per manufacturer's specs” but they placed it on few old bricks found behind the building. All the power lines were hanging loose and the copper lines not secured. After installation of a brand new HVAC, it stopped working within 3 weeks. I paid $6000 for the HVAC and 5 years warranty. I called them and they made 3 appointments to fix it but never show up. Each time I called they made another appointment and when I asked the owner, Rafael when they would come to fix it, he was yelling at me. I hired another company that had to replace all installed units because they were broken. Stay away from this business.
