Chicago Greenbricks

It went very well and they managed their time very efficiently. There were some small issues upon completion, as one might expect for such a large project (a leaking window, a malfunctioning thermostat, and a small water leak around a gasket), and Chicago Greenbricks was very quick about returning to fix the problems. I would say that the quality of their work was very good and as they keep getting work they are experimenting with more and more of the new, higher-end, sustainable materials. In a few cases they appeared to be learning some of these new materials on site, which took a little extra time, but that seems typical these days when insulation, etc. seems to be changing by leaps and bounds on an annual basis. Most importantly, they were eager to work carefully with the new, sustainable materials and ensure that the final product was efficient and met our environmental and stylistic requirements (which tend towards a clean, spare, modern sensibility...although I understand they do more traditional work as well).
