Don is, in a word, great. I was referred to Don by the home inspector after the report showed that the house I was buying had asbestos tiles in the basement. Don was very prompt in his follow up, patiently answered my questions and sent a preliminary estimate so that I would have a ballpark to manage my expenses. After my closing, he came out to the house one more time to meet with me and explain the process once more. He also wanted to verify the conditions plus provide a firm estimate. He knew my timelines and knew I was anxious to get the work done as soon as possible. He quickly got the permits, scheduled the work for a weekend and followed up as needed. Don and his team worked all day on Saturday - humidity and all - to get the job done in one day. He was exhausted at the end but he was just as kind and professional at the end of the day as he was in the beginning. His team was also the same way. The work was great - not an inch of the yucky asbestos tile remained. I highly recommend him.

The whole team (6 men) was great - worked quietly, quickly and were very professional and nice - left the basement much cleaner than it had been before. All asbestos removed and not a trace of it remained.

They came by and removed all asbestos from pipes and piles on the floor. Once removed, they wired brushed all pipes and applied a thin epoxy sealant over pipe surface. During removal they used a vacuum system to capture dust. All work looked professional and clean. In one area (below the front stairs) they had to crawl on their knees to reach it. All work was done well.

This was the first thing I had done to my home after purchase. As promised, they showed up the first work day after I closed on the purchase. They stayed late to finish job within a day. Only sign that they had been there was the lack of asbestos. Many workers commented what a clean job it was, including the A/C installer, the pipe insulator and the radon mitigator. Very professional and reliable. Price may have been 10% higher, but for asbestos removal, I figured I did not want anyone to cut corners to save cost.
