+ -1 moreI first brought it in and found out the cost did not include reentering my documents. Returned after deciding it was worth the extra money. Needed it back in just a few days and they were good about doing it. Computer works fine now. Some problem with dealing with multiple people at the shop. Did not reenter Word, but a different program. Would have liked to know that ahead of time. However, they were very ptofessional and experienced, and far superior to the company which I had gone to first.
Description of Work: Removed everything and reentered most of it to get rid of viruses, etc.
