+ -1 moreGot a cookie-cutter cleaning, with little option for tailoring to actual need. Did not heed arrival instructions, did not put things back (such as leaving bathroom scale on tub, instead of back on the floor), left half-bath locked, requiring tools to open. Things are clean, so I did get what I paid for, but not thrilled.

+ -1 moreEverything was great! Everything was cleaned as I requested and it was done in a timely manner. The price overall was reasonable and the service was great. I did not have to point out anything and ask them to re-clean. I was impressed overall.
Description of Work: We are a family of four, and it is difficult to get a good thorough cleaning done. My husband used to be the one who would get in there and really clean, but he is too tired now. I am the type who will do a quick spot clean. I have bad allergies, so it is difficult for me to do any dusting. A friend o mine suggested we try Clean CC because they do a good job and the prices are affordable. Recently, I scheduled for them to come in while my husband was at work and my kids were at school. I was able to do my own thing while they cleaned. They thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. I also had them do the living room. I decided to save the 3 bedrooms for another time. Each room I know is loaded with clutter, dust and dirt. After we all straightened up our rooms, I had them come back out and thoroughly clean the bedrooms. Quite honestly, I cannot express how satisfied I was with the cleaning. Not only was there no dirt or dust in site, it smelled so clean! What a difference in the way you feel overall once your house is cleaned completely.

+ -1 moreThis is the third time I ask this company to come by and do the cleaning. Honestly, the third time was the best cleaning I got. At first I was hesitant to give my comments and feedback about the cleaning but I think that they take it with an open mind and try their best to fix whatever you don't like. I started being very specific about what needs to get cleaned and where etc. and the service just keeps getting better. Also, the price compared to other companies is pretty good. They are also efficient and professional. Chris (the manager) always replies promptly and is there to help out deal with all the cleaning needs for your home. I definitely recommend this company and suggest you be specific with your cleaning needs so that you get what you expected, they take it all in and make sure you are satisfied which is what matters. Thanks Chris and the cleaning team!

+ -1 moreExtremely well. I had lots of construction performed in my home and needed a very deep cleaning. Chris and team arrived on time and spent two days cleaning the home. His staff is very friendly, kind, detail-oriented and experienced. They also provide high quality cleaning supplies which is a bonus. Will definitely continue to use this service on a weekly basis!
