If I could give a negative review, I would. After buying a new house with all new windows and siding by Chicago Builders, Inc., we noticed water coming in from one of the windows. I reached out to the company that installed the new siding and windows, and the person I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful. The man I spoke to was rude, refused to give me his name, and called me a liar when I explained that water was coming in with normal rain conditions as well as when we used the sprinkler system. His lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help is unacceptable. He refused to help in any way and insisted that it was our fault the water was coming in.

Jack came to my house to look at the job I was proposing. From the very beginning, he was condescending. He didn't agree with what I was attempting to do to my house. He even criticized the concrete work I had done on my driveway 5 years ago, saying he would have done a better job. I know he has a lot of experience and knowledge, but there are nicer ways to express your opinion. The price he quoted me was way out of line and five times what others companies quoted. I'm sure he means well but I couldn't work with this man, he's too opinionated for me. I felt belittled and nauseous by the time he left. Overall, I had a bad experience with Jack.

The job was finished quickly and perfectly , and looks wonderful. The installers were professional and polite The house is 50 years old and the siding was worn, now with the new style the house looks great'

Chicago Builders did a beautiful job, and checked that all work was completed to my satisfaction. Their employees were obviously experienced. and courteous. the clean up was perfect . The house looks wonderful, and the curb appeal has improved greatly.

He charged our church 200% increase. He gave an estimate of brick work outside and little bit of painting inside. His price was extremely high. It was very good quality work. He would contact 24hours later we contact him.

Jack was here every day to oversee the progress of the projects. It took just over a month to complete. This was pretty amazing, considering the amount of work to be done. The teams of workers were very well coordinated. When the framers finished, the carpenters showed up the next day. When the carpenters finished, the drywallers came in the next day, etc. Rain did not seem to deter the construction. Everything happened quickly, smoothly and on time. Jack gave us frequent updates and we never had to move out of our house during the construction. Jack even accommodated our whims during the project, like adding a new front door and changing the brickwork in the front of the house. There was only one problem where the floor was uneven and we solved this with the carpet installers. The house looks beautiful and we have had many compliments. We highly recommend this company for any construction project.
