+ -1 moreCalled to make an appointment for service. Will the repair technician called and we agreed on a date and a time range when he would arrive to repair the washer. Technician called 30 min. before arrival and he arrived within that time. Will diagnosed the problem within minutes and replaced the part.
Description of Work: Washer would not pump. Technician replaced faulty lid switch.

Description of Work: This is a service and connects you to available plumbers in the Chicagoland area. They do not do the service themselves they just call plumbers in there network to do the service. Since this was a Saturday and my tenant had a water leak it was worth the $100 added to the bill just for their service but in the future I will call around more to get a plumber direct and save the $100. They did get me a plumber on a Saturday in an emergency call but if I had done a little more research I probably could have saved a lot.

+ -1 moreHonest feedback about the dishwasher with a technician who spoke with me for about 10 minutes to explain the possibilities. The advice was that it's not worth fixing given the cost and that I should raise all h*** about it with the manufacturer since it just went out of warranty. and that I may get a free service person to come out as a result. I appreciate the honesty and the free advice. And this was all within 12 hours of first contacting them last night. Very responsible. No wonder they have an Angie's List service award!
