Chi-town Painting and Decorating

Julio and team have continued to do high-quality work for my family over the years and unfortunately it has taken a turn for the worst just as he seemingly gained our trust in order to exploit us - and it seems to be a pattern with others as well like the many other examples that have been provided. We hired Julio in June for a project that he said would take 3-4 weeks for material to come in and then complete. At the time of hiring we paid Julio in full for the materials. After a few weeks of back and forth's/delays Julio choose to stop providing updates on the timing of the project, no longer answers phone calls, returns phone calls & text messages are not responded to. The last time Julio responded to one of our attempts to contact him was August 1st. I have referred Julio thousands of dollars in business in the 5+ years of knowing him & he will not return our deposit / respond to our attempts to contact him.

I cannot thank enough Julio and his crew for the excellent quality provided in this project. What started being a simple painting job became a larger project. Julio was always available and willing to help in every single step. We definitely recommend Chitown Decorating if you're looking for quality, fair prices and seriousness.
