CHEZI RAFAELI

Mr. Rafeali and his staff were not responsive at all to his own client's emails, phone calls, and inquiries. They are extremely unresponsive. I would need to reach out repetitively to his staff for any simply request or inquiry. His staff was highly disorganized and irresponsible in handling the sale. I was very disappointed and would not work with him and his staff again.

Chezi and his staff are very professional and very responsive. I called to see one of his properties and he ended up helping me to find the perfect property. Once I found the property that I wanted he helped to negotiate a deal for the right price and provided me with all necessary materials to show where the price came from. Once under contract his staff and he took care of all the details from reminding me when Earnest money was due to recommending an attorney who I could trust. When the deal closed he was at the closing table making sure everything went smoothly. If I ever have to buy or sell a property in Chicago CHEZI is the only one I would trust.
