Description of Work: My toilet was stopped up and sewage was gushing from the shower. Yuck. This was our guest bathroom and when I first called him, I thought it would wait until the following weekend (my schedule was the problem, not him.) However, the problem got worse and I called him on Tuesday evening and asked if he could come the following day. He called back and promised to come the next afternoon. He was professional, fixed the problem and Cleaned Up!!!!! The last time I called a plumber, he promised to come and install a garbage disposal. I told him I would go to Home Depot that weekend and he said that he had some time. I never saw or heard from him again, period and that was 2 years ago. I was very nervous about Calling someone for this job after hearing some of my family and friend's horror stories. Charlie was great and if I ever have a plumbing problem I will call him.
