A+++ I am extremely pleased with the roof replacement, their customer service, professional information, and detailed information that was provided to me by Mr. Robert Chandler and his son. My neighbor highly recommended that I choose Chandler Family Roofing and gave them a 6-star review! She had non-stop praise and excellent photos of the roof they replaced that is located on the Westside of Chicago. She ensured me that I would Never have any problems from the roof again! I immediately contacted Robert Chandler and I am 100% satisfied with the Proposal, the timeline, their Roofing Crew, and the amazing photos from start to finish in One day!

It didn't go well. I paid for professional roofing work and got what looks like an amature handyman job. The roof isn't pitched correctly, water is pooling in several spots, and the aluminum coating is covered in foot prints. I spoke with owner, Robert Chandler, three times about the issues, and he assured me that he would personally come out and fix the problems. He never showed up nor did he called to reschedule. I reached out to him two more times hoping to get this resolved, and have not heard back.

They worked very efficiently and job was complete in one day at a great price. Best black owned company in Chicago. They can get very busy in Summer so be patient.

They finished the job super fast, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Really great job!

I made an early morning appointment for an estimate that was confirmed. The contractor was a no show. No call, no text, no explanation. Unfortunately a waste of my time.

I spoke with the company on September 4, 2020 to discuss my project. At the time we made an appointment for 8am on SaturdaymSept 5th. When I hadn't heard from them by 8:30 am, I called them. the workman stated that he was looking at a roof and asked if it would be ok if he called me back. I agreed. He called me back at 9:53 am. He stated that he did not have my address or name. That information had been provided to him when the appointment for 9/5/2020 was made. I had also provided a photo of the problem. It is now 12:54 pm and I haven't heard back from this company. No follow up call, nothing. This unprofessional behavior is the reason why I rated this company with an "F". I would never contact this company for anything. Even if they chose to show up, I would send then away because I do not trust them or their professional ethics.

I had been needing a roof for a few years now and decided to Google companies near me. I had 3 estimates and I went with my gut. Robert Chandler came out, gave a fair estimate and suggestions. He was personable and had a positive spirit. We set up a time and date and he gave an approximate time of completion. He was ON TIME, His crew was friendly and clean up was top notch. I would recommend his great service to family and friends

It went okay he failed to fix a section that I request to do a certain way now is leaking like crazy and he won't respond or come back

They were excellent!! They did a great job. They were clean, courteous and quick. I thought it would take days. They came and pulled off the old roof and installed the new one all in one day. And the price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The other companies I spoke with wanted to tear off the roof completely and put on a new one, costing upwards of several thousand dollars. Chandler Roofing came out, saw the issue immediately and fixed it without replacing the roof! There was a heavy rain later on and there was a very small issue. He came right back out and fixed it again at no extra charge and since then, there haven't been any problems at all!
