Century City Baths

The team was incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of the remodel was completed with precision. They helped me choose high-quality materials, modern fixtures, and a beautiful color scheme that perfectly matched my vision. The tiling, plumbing, and lighting were all installed flawlessly.

Poor quality customer service.

Overall it was a good experience. In total it look about three weeks to complete the remodel of our smallish bathroom. Kevin the sales person was great, very responsive through out the whole process. This was our first time doing a remodel and did feel like they could have walked us through it a bit more. Most of the miscommunications and hiccups through out the process could have been avoided with a bit more communication. Alex our project manager (I think that was his role) never saw our bathroom until the end to collect the second payment. He wasnâ t very responsive so we had to utilize Kevin through out the process. Armando the lead builder was awesome. Him and all the workers he brought in were very respectful of our old building and put up with our yappy dog. It would have been nice if on the first day Alex came out and made sure we were all on the same page with what was happening. Again it was our first remodel project so we were learning as we went. I did feel like I needed to be home most of the time to make sure things were being done the way we had talked to Kevin about it. It was also really difficult getting approval from our condo board because of miscommunication. It wasnâ t clear who from Century City was in charge of that, it did delay things a couple of days. Overall it was a good experience and we are happy on how it turned out. They were responsive and fixed things that we werenâ t happy with. They also have a lifetime guarantee which is nice to know.

Our initial consultation was great and felt very collaborative: with their expertise and our list of project goals. In fact, communication throughout the entire process was pretty spectacular. The work was done much quicker than we expected, and we are so very happy with our new bathroom floors, tiled shower, and reclamation of a bathroom window. Highly recommend them for your bathroom project!

The best show of a 5-star review is the desire to hire again, and after my experience the first time, Iâ m already bringing them back to fix a prior contractorâ s errors in my second bathroom. From beginning to end, the entire execution was professional. Everyone whoâ s not a contractor has opinions about contractors, but I would have a hard time giving constructive criticism to this team, because everything was great. I dealt with a number of people, but they all seemed to communicate effectively on what the mission was. There was no confusion from sales to onsite. The team executing was incredibly respectful of the building, my space, and my requests. We had some delays on my end from materials I purchased (we went through 4 toilets broken in shipping) and their whole team was super patient and kind about the delays. I canâ t say enough great things. Hire them if you get the chance. I know I already have again :)

We had our upstairs bathroom completely renovated by Century City. The team gutted the bathroom down to the studs and finished the remodel in a week and the bathroom looks amazing!

Weâ re glad we selected Century City for our bathroom remodel, they came recommended by a friend and we can see why. The workers were polite & respectful, always cleaned up before the end of the day and hauled away all the debris. They used top quality materials and have an excellent warranty, we got to pick the styles we like and the work was completed within the promised timeframe. Our salesman Kevin was excellent to deal with, ensuring our satisfaction throughout the process and Jose ran a great team of workers. We will not hesitate to call Century City back for our next bathroom remodel, the prices are very reasonable and the quality of work performed exceeded our expectations.

For remodeling our shower area and doing tile work throughout the master bath , We got quotes from a few vendors including Century city bath. The sales rep who gave the quote was very detailed and thorough and responsive to questions . There was also no unnecessary badgering phone calls until we were ready to reach out . We finalized on Century city based on their promise of quality to price . They definitely delivered on it . The project was wrapped up in a week from start to finish including shower installation . The work was very professional as well as the contractors who came to our house . Only minor issue we faced was water leaking out of the shower door post installation . Once we let the sales rep know , it was rectified within couple of days .Sales rep was always following up with us for feedback and we could contact him for questions during the process as well . We have been utilizing the master bath and have no complaints. Definitely happy to recommend!

Everyone, from the salesman to the contractors, did a great job on the remodel of the shower. Their skilled workmanship on the porcelain tile, stone floor, and glass barn door was beautiful. They were very conscious of cleanliness. Jose and his crew were great and he was always available via phone. Would highly recommend and use them again.

Kevin was my sales guy and was super responsive every step of the way. We started about two-three weeks after the contract was signed which gave us enough time to shop for our vanities, light fixtures, mirrors and other finishing touches. Century City supplied everything else. A big reason I chose this company was that they do custom showers and will make whatever size shower your heart desires. Others try to sell you on stock sizes and acrylic. They also take credit card payments which proves their legitimacy. Octavio, Andrii and Tino started on time and performed the remodel over 2 weeks and 3 days. Whenever there was a barrier to completion, the three of them worked to fix/remedy quickly. For instance my piping was above ground, and they worked to re-do everything under the flooring so that everything was hidden. There were also some obstacles that they were able to overcome. I spent the most time with Octavio and he is a hard worker, extremely professional, skilled and had a positive can do attitude. Andrii did the tile work in the shower and the piping and was a perfectionist. I had a couple minor requests at the end of the major work, and Tom (my consultant) got his guys to come back within 1-2 days to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this company and commend their professionalism and high quality work. Bravo!

They did a great job with our spare and master bathrooms. We had older acrylic tubs and it was very difficult for my elderly handicapped mother to use them. Century City was able to convert her shower into a walk-in with a large seat and multiple support bars for her safety. They completed the projects in the timeframe our sales person advised and they were able to start a week earlier than we planned. Our bathrooms are updated and modern now and they use very high quality tile and toilets. We're very happy we chose them for the remodels!

Worked with Kevin on a tub replacement. He was great - really quick, was honest about what needed to be done & got the crew out here 3 days later. The crew we had on site was amazing too - they were so fast (4 days total) and left the space cleaner than when they got there. Iâ  m thrilled with the results!

The salesmens customer service was great, but then when the work was being done the customer service was not good, and they had to pick up the material from me so they said they could do that as long as I would give the store permission for them to pick that off. the hall process was unorganized.

Took on my small bathroom project while other companies didnt.

The experience working with century city baths was absolutely great from the start with Kevin helping us understand the end to end life cycle of the project. Jose and team working on the project weâ re very professional and ensured all our needs were taken care of. They made sure the project completed as per the timelines committed initially. The quality was never compromised however long it took. Overall great experience and would engage them for any future needs.
