+ 5 moreThe workers were very nice. I never felt uncomfortable with anyone being in my home. The work was done as quickly as possible and I was very happy with them.
Description of Work: They remodeled our bathroom. That consisted of redoing the drywall, they put in granite counter tops and shower. They also did tiling in the shower and rest of bathroom. They also dry-walled our basement and put in carpeting. They also replaced 8 windows.

+ 1 moreThey are a great company! They were friendly and cordial, and where there on time. They were extremely clean as far as carpenters go, and cleaned up as they worked. They got the project done 3-4 days earlier than estimated. I'd highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: They replaced my roof and installed new windows. They also did some carpentry work as the house is very old.

+ 0 moreThe workers were on time & pretty reliable with the completion of the work. The work was pretty good, that is it looks good, but now my bathtub is leaking in the ceiling below the bathtub. I have contacted them several times, but have received no response. The leak has been there for several months and on the first report they promised to send out the guy who did the work, but I never heard back from them. I would have used them again for future projects, but since they have not responded to my requests I will not use their service, nor will I recommend them.
Description of Work: They renovated my bathroom, completely tore out all fixtures, walls & floors. I purchased the fixtures, tile & paint, and they did the work. They also renovated my garage put on a new roof & siding, garage door with opener & entry door. They put in new gutters, downspouts, soffit & facia on my house.

+ -1 moreAFTER THE INITIAL WORK WAS DONE, I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY, REPEATEDLY, OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS, WITH NO REPLY. AT FIRST, I WANTED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PITCH OF ONE OF THE GUTTERS. THEN, ONE OF THE FLAT ROOFS STARTED TO COME OFF. ONCE AGAIN, I TRIED TO CONTACT CARROLL ROOFING WITH NO SUCCESS. THEN, I CALLED ANGIE'S LIST TO FILE A COMPLAINT. TWO WEEKS AGO, AFTER THE COMPLAINT, ED CARROLL STOPPED BY, FOUR DAYS AFTER OUR SCHEDULED CALL. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD FIX THE ROOF AND GUTTER WITHIN THREE DAYS. SINCE THEN, I HAVE YET TO HAVE ANYONE OVER TO THE HOUSE FOR REPAIRS. NOW, THE CEILING IN MY HOUSE HAS WATER DAMAGE.
